John is the best. I brought my bike in for a tune up. I cannot believe what a great job he did. He even noticed that I had a broken spoke and replaced it. This guy is really good and very affordable. Definitely am highly recommending him. read more

Rarely do you find a dealer as friendly and helpful as John. Does all the work himself and will go out of his way to "make it work". I'm eighty years old but think I'm twenty and want speed speed speed. Work in progress and thank you John for putting up with me. New, used or just repairs John and his pooch are fantastic. read more

This place is the best!! I had a tire that needed attention, so I called and talked to John. I explained my situation. We were coming to Stuart that morning from an hour away, and asked if he could repair my tire while we were in town. He said "no problem". It was repaired as promised! He is the best!! And the dog is awesome, as well!! Highly recommended! read more

I've had a road bike for years, but have recently been looking for something more casual to just explore the neighborhood like I did as a kid. This was the first shop I went into, and John was great. He listened to what I was looking for (I couldn't explain it very well), and he had me ride a few bikes. He gave me websites of brands and models to explore and sent me on my way. I never felt pressured. Over the next week, I went to almost every bike shop between here and West Palm. They were all decent, but not quite as personally involved in my search as John. I went back hoping to take a bike home that day, even knowing he had limited inventory. There was a bike on the floor that kept catching my eye, but there was something that I wasn't completely sold on. Problem was, I couldn't tell what it was. Since he'd spent so much time getting to know what I was looking for, he figured out right away that I'd probably be happier with fatter tires. He swapped the tires out on the floor model with something fatter, and voila, my bike. If you're looking for a bike, whether just a casual cruiser or a top end road or mountain bike, I highly recommend this shop. John will help you figure out exactly what best suits your needs, and provide your bike the care and maintenance it requires. Just seeing the constant flow of repeat customers coming through the door when I was there is enough to tell me that this guy is the real deal. read more

Jon and Procycles are the best. We've been taking my wife's bike there for a few years for service. He always does a great job and is ridiculously reasonable. I purchased by first bike in 16 years from him this week. I wanted a bike that I could ride on the road/sidewalks AND take on mountain bike trails. He found me the perfect model and all I need to do was change the tires based on where I was riding. When I picked it up he spent 30 minutes with me showing me how to properly change out the tires. He gave me a bunch of tips to make the process go smoother. Jon is beyond helpful and you won't find this level of customer service at any other shop. He's as honest and fair as they come. read more

I just bought a Jamis step through bike from John at Pro Cycles. I love it! The service is exceptional and John bends over backwards to satisfy his customers. The prices are very fair and he will take your bike on consignment if it meets the standards to sell quickly. Mine did not so I took it home and a neighbor was happy to buy it! Everybody was happy! read more

This is THE place to purchase a bike and accessories! John and his sister, Barbara (and the super sweet dog), offer exceptional customer service, quality products and bike expertise that is a rare find. Cyclists themselves, they seem to know just what you need to make your experience better, whether you're just cruising to Publix for a sandwich or going for a serious fitness ride. I purchased my first bike last May and just bought my husband his for Christmas. You won't get Walmart prices but you will get the best quality product for your lifestyle at a price that fits your budget. They also offer a discount for paying cash. Everyone who comes in the door is treated like a friend. Great people, great products, great service. read more

Clean shop, good prices and John is great (the dog is cute too). He stayed open late so that I could get a quick fix for my commuter - I would've been screwed otherwise. Just moved to the area and they are definitely my new bike shop. read more

Just went to John to give my old and dusty steed a dust off and tune up. He gave it the works! We originally switched from another business in Stuart because I felt like for the price, they paid no attention to my bike and handed it back with very minimal work done. Not the case here. John pays special attention to each bike that comes in and really takes his time. It took about a week but that was with a holiday weekend in there and it was well worth the wait. He was very honest, helpful, and never did I feel like we were being taken advantage of. You can tell he loves what he does and really cares about his customers. This will be my go to bike shop from now on. read more

Super helpful and willing to work with me. I just needed a bike for a 50 mile ride and they set me up nicely.

We considered donating our bikes but decided to keep them and see how much it would be to fix them. John fixed both bikes at an amazing price. We are thrilled we decided to keep them! John is an honest, hard working guy. You don't find that often these days. read more

John went the extra mile and got my bike back to it's original condition. I also bought 2 bikes from him and he has quality products and service. He has great attention to detail and is very honest. You won't be disappointed with his business. read more

John is the best!!!! I have been going to him for over 10 year and countless bikes. Bike shops are like a mechanic and car dealer, one has to be careful, although, this is NOT THE CASE with Pro Cycles. John and all of his staff are honest to the T. This shop will NEVER over charge you or sell you what is not necessary for what you want. If what ever you need is not in stock john will do what ever he can to get what you need or the equivalent. Over 5 years ago I moved to Miami(one thing Miami is not lacking is bike shops) and still to this day for any major work I need or large purchases I make the trip to john. Due to the fact that no other shop will treat you with the same respect and dignity that john will give you. Lastly, John and his staff treat all customers the same no matter if you spend 50 or 5000. To John loyal customer is loyal customer. Only, 1% of businesses are like John's and he has always run his business like this. I have spent a lot of time in his shop growing up and I have never seen him treat a customer bad or rudely. So, if you are a recreational cyclist, looking for a kids bike or the hardcore triathlete/ roadie, go by and see John and his staff its worth the tip. I know it is worth the 110 mile trip I make is. read more
