Sunrise surf shop was always awesome, but they have truly amped it up since I have last visited! This is a huge surf shop with everything and anything you could possibly need for the whole family .. all ages, all interests, and nothing but high quality products and original works by the owner, Dom. I actually had decision burn-out, as I went in sleepy, not knowing how they expanded this store greatly since my last visit! I left with some super cute accessories but I am considering going back before I had back up North to buy something else while I am not half-asleep! And maybe a super cute and soft towel even though there's no good beaches up north, but the towels were just that beautiful and buttery soft! There's a really dope Halloween design, amongst other awesome designs, and you can put them on a variety of shirt styles! Awesome music was playing, and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially the two ladies who were helping me; if every retail employee was modeled after these girls, the world would be a happier place and stores could certainly boost their sales too honestly! Great surf shop to stop by if you are visiting/live in the area & are looking for gifts, trinkets or you guessed it, anything "surfing/swimming related! They have a plethora of items for men, women and children here including comfy sandals to walk about in. Judy helped me find the most comfy flip flops by "Oofos." My flat feet are loving every minute of them Jerry! Lol. Like walking on clouds! Available in a lower heel but I like feeling tall so I went with the platform ones...a little pricey and $20 more than the flatter ones but worth every penny! They also sell jewelry, hand bags and top brands swimsuits for men, women & children. *Very friendly and helpful staff *Plenty of parking in the lot *They put out several sale racks out front every day. Ended up driving to almost every surf shop between Jensen and Juno- ended up here finally after days of looking for a bikini that isn't over priced- 60/100$ for a single pair of bikini bottoms at every other surf shop is absolutely ridiculous lol.... Especially for surfers they should be more affordable- surf shops are supposed to also support their locals while we support them Friendly staff and a great selection of bikinis which is very much needed for us girls!! They had a lot of things that were fairly priced I will definitely be making the drive to visit them again and have a better look at what they have! Staff is friendly & helpful with guiding you on what you are searching. The selection is huge for both men & women as well as children items. The prices for most items sold are in line with other surf shops with several items being sold less than other shops! Came here during a week long stay on Hutchinson Island, it's just south in Jensen Beach. Great selection, fair pricing, attentive and kind staff who work so hard to be helpful and are super fun to talk to, also. The whole wall behind the register is printing they do on shirts, bags, etc - absolutely love this place. They also carry a relatively newer brand called Sup Mermaid which I LOVE and they had alllll their newest designs. Extensive sandal collection - anything you might need, Beach and beyond is here. I don't usually leave reviews but since I am firmly against drugs, the heavy smell of weed while I was shopping in this store was a huge turn off. This place has the friendliest staff! The location was very close to our hotel. We popped in during the day to do some swim suit shopping. We were instantly greeted in a very genuine way. The employee also let us know all the current deals going on. The shop is decorated, with adorable beachy items. It is not an overwhelming or intimidating surf shop. While I was browsing, my boyfriend started chatting with the owner. They chatted the entire time. (I browsed for a while.) He found out we were visiting from Buffalo and also had friends that lived in the area. It's always amazing to me how connected everyone is! We both decided on purchasing swim suits and other beach items. As we were leaving, the owner politely offered us to come back and use the surf boards if we wanted to go surfing later. He was extremely kind. We didn't take him up on his offer, due to the high waves and my lack of surfing experience. Dominic, Tiffany and Zoe (plus new baby) are the most congenial, professional, friendly, generous family , who runs an equally welcoming family business on Hutchinson Island. My husband says, "I wouldn't shop anywhere else." Our son is a surfer and formed an immediate connect with the store and owners because of the quality of the merchandise and the camaraderie of the staff. They even gave us a "family discount!" The staff is the absolute best thing about this place. We could not get over how friendly and helpful Dominic was and loved talking with him. We stopped in from out of town and found several things for everyone in the family and got a shirt personalized. Dominic designed and printed it within a few minutes and we were so happy with the end result! I can see how locals would love the selection and tourists would love the souvenir type stuff. Hello, Just wanted to let everyone know that this is not a real surf shop. You cannot buy surf fins or much actual surfing gear. It is basically an overpriced surf clothing store. My Mother in law bought a pair of board shorts in their for 60 dollars. They were 2 sizes too large so I brought them back with the tags still attached and they claimed they were on the $25 dollar rack. The lady working the desk was originally giving me the price my mother had paid but then had to call her manager who agreed it would be better to try and rip us off. They also thought it would be most lucrative for them to charge us tax for the original purchase and the second purchase without awarding the tax back on the original purchase. These little scams help to keep a bad surf shop in business. Thanks Sunrise. read more

This surf shop is great. I have been coming to Hutchinson Island since I was a young fish and we always stopped by Sunrise surf shop. Many years later, the store remains. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see such diverse merchandise after many years not stopping in. Dominic and his wife bought the place 7 years ago and have brought it back to life. Awesome clothes, sandles, stickers, hats and other really cool stuff all major surf brands. The best part for us was the ability to customize a shirt. Pick your shirt style, color and then design. Very reasonably priced. We looked all over Stuart and Jensen for this type of place offering Hutchinson and Jensen Beach gear. Little did I realize it was next door to us. Thanks Dominic.
