I actually had decision burn-out, as I went in sleepy, not knowing how they expanded this store greatly since my last visit! I left with some super cute accessories but I am considering going back before I had back up North to buy something else while I am not half-asleep! And maybe a super cute and soft towel even though there's no good beaches up north, but the towels were just that beautiful and buttery soft! There's a really dope Halloween design, amongst other awesome designs, and you can put them on a variety of shirt styles! Awesome music was playing, and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially the two ladies who were helping me; if every retail employee was modeled after these girls, the world would be a happier place and stores could certainly boost their sales too honestly! A friend…read moreinvited me to join the ECO Mangrove Paddle Tour on a Sunday morning and it's the best thing I did on my trip to Florida. Lisa is patient, a great instructor and makes sure you experience the nature - the spider crabs, the sounds of the mussels, the ospreys and more. Even with beginners, she was able to adapt the tour to accommodate. There was a young woman who hadn't paddled before and Lisa and her assistants kept an eye on her, coached her and even adjusted her equipment to make her paddle even more successful. The assistants are a notable feature. Lisa told us that any time they have a group of 5 or more she has at least one of these experienced paddlers as an assistant. These assistants bring up the back and monitor the group to adapt to speed, take photos, encourage and guide. I highly recommend this tour, whether you're an experienced paddler, have your own board, or need to use the very high quality equipment they provide. The next time I'm in town I plan to take the tour again.

However, it seems this specific location and its employees has never heard of customer service. The employees actively ignore you, give you the side eye, and today when I tried to check out the girl at the register cursed under her breath when I walked up. I've been here a lot of times because I love to surf and dive, and again they have exactly what you will need for that. But do not talk to the staff unless you want to feel kind of judged. It has been every single time I'm in there now that this has happened.

Here's what was…read moreimportant to me and why I think Kirk is the best: 1) I wanted to do scuba diving with my kids for their 13th birthday & Kirk gave me so much info and was so helpful with educating me on how we could do it & what our limitations would be. 2) We did not have to take multiple classes or have any certifications. All we had to do was download an app on our phones and answer some questions & watch some videos to educate us on the basics of scuba diving. Super simple & fun. 3) Kirk gave us an address to meet them at we showed up and he went through the details and what we were going to be doing & how the equipment worked. 4) Kirk has a presence about him that is calming and his charismatic ways of breaking down fears and anxiousness about scuba diving make it clear we chose the right place. 5) Kirk did not disappoint! We saw a shipwreck with coral, tons of fish and lobsters! We also saw 3 HUGE ORANGE STARFISH. We saw a puffer fish, really cool jellyfish & literally tons of different kinds of fish too. 6) This is an adventure that has blown our minds. We each were in awe of what we all saw & experienced. it's no easy feat to please a crew of 9 ranging in age from 4 years to 66...let alone leave lasting…read morememories on all for years to come!! our 3 hour boat tour and guide started off with a splash; as we watched pod upon pod of dolphins breach, jump, swim, play with their food and eat ! off we went to find a shipwreck and barren island....full of clay-like sand, surrounded by mangroves. then onto a gorgeous tour of the Stuart waterfront homes to slip and sliding off the boat into the magical waters below....we didn't skip a beat. jarrod was a pleasure...we did not want the afternoon to end on his meticulous and cozy boat....but, know there will be many more adventures to come each winter as we visit family in sunny North Hutchinson Island, Fl. only gripe.....hoping the novelty wears off soon, so our three daughters stop asking for their own boat !!
