The pontoon boat itself was clean, obviously well-maintained, and the seats were luxuriously comfortable. The tour started by traveling north from Stuart, through the widest part of the St Lucie River. Capt Bill pointed out many points of interest on the shore and had tales to tell about some of the ships. As we neared Port St Lucie, the river narrowed and the scenery changed dramatically to gorgeous mangroves and still waters. Captain was quick to point out and talk about the variety of birds and trees and plants we were witnessing. He was also loaded with stories about the architecture and the people who owned it. It was a 2 hour tour, and it ended far too soon. This trip was the very best part of our week in Florida. And all for less than $100 per person. You can not go wrong. This is a touring company that focuses perfectly on friendly, individualized attention to providing for the customer. A+ experience.

His 1st mate took us to the side while the captain was getting fuel and asked to tip him on the side because the captain would rip him off. Bob later called and told me we lost one if his rods which I felt was shady so I told him that we all thought his behavior was bad, so he then refused to send us the pics from the day. We are planning another trip with another charter now. Catch 22 was the only negative charter we've had so we are not deterred.

The booking process was easy and they also answered the phone right away when I had a question. The address and directions they sent us in the email mapped us right there and it was easy to find. Yes, you do have to pay the six dollars to get into the park but that was communicated in the email. There is a bathroom onsite. You can bring a bag but it might get wet. What was really nice was our guide provided dry bags for everyone if we wanted to use them. It fit two water bottles,glasses case and phones in them so they are decent sized bags. You don't need to bring shoes. You probably don't need to bring a water bottle either unless it's a really hot day. It was 70 and really windy so it was a little chilly and a long sleeve was needed. Todd was our guide and he was so welcoming! They had informed us thirty minutes beforehand that it was going to be really windy. We did have a 9yr old and a first time kayaker to take into consideration. We decided to proceed and I'm glad we did! The wind made it a tad difficult for the newbie but it was a "breeze" for us and the younger people. The wind also stirred up the sand so unfortunately it wasn't very clear water. Todd was very informative and had knowledge on the plant life and animals of the area (don't worry, there's no snakes or alligators) The small lagoon was really cool and peaceful. Plenty of bird life and some fish once the waters calmed down. The two hours went quick and I wished we could've kept going, but I could also see how it was the perfect amount of time for other people. An overall great experience for every one of all ages.

After nearly 2k and numerous cancellations, no shows and a lot of frustration and two months, I was left with some wires pulled through the firewall. He asked me to order parts which I did. They were all wrong: Pitman arm and ignition module had to be bought again because they were incorrect parts. The first day he arrived his truck leaked a lot of oil all over my driveway and I spent an hour cleaning it. Unfortunately a total waste of time and money. I don't think he's dishonest, I just think he's inept. After review of his response I have made additions: see fotos and the dates in the screenshots. Highly customized? It's a totally stock 302 Ford Motor. The truck is a complete original and stock. The claim about a Latin America Truck is laughable. Is he a mechanic or a comedian? It was manufactured in the USA for Latin America and Canada. Know why? It has a speedometer in KM and hour. Yah the speedometer is in metric KM. Any novice can see that in the foto. My gosh! As for your cancellations and late shows. Look at 1 of numerous screen shots where you cancelled after I waited all day. In fact, I had to text you and ask "guess you're not showing?"
