We are now chatting about my project and in the middle of our discussion starts talking to her graphic design ?? Person about a customer she sees pulling up in the parking lot. She literally leaves me standing at the counter and without a word starts talking and helping the customer who now just walked in the door. I couldn't believe it- she left me hanging there... So, I politely say, I think I'll come back when you're less busy versus what I could've said...WTF??!!?? The lady says something like- this is how it always is. I had my car wrapped and the work was very bad. after speaking with them, they blame it on the wrap manufacturer and not on their work. and then they ghost you completely. absolute garbage company.
