She literally leaves me standing at the counter and without a word starts talking and helping the customer who now just walked in the door. I couldn't believe it- she left me hanging there... So, I politely say, I think I'll come back when you're less busy versus what I could've said...WTF??!!?? The lady says something like- this is how it always is. The wooden signs you can buy on line where the design, material and saying is preconfigured was o.k., but I wanted something better. So I stopped in to talk with the folks at Signature Signs one afternoon. We were helped right away by Shaun and after discussing my concept, I was given several ideas for my sign. Each material I was offered was explained regarding the options, price and longevity. In the end, I settled on a metal sign with vinyl lettering and graphics. For the design process, while I was at the store I emailed a picture of my RV so they could get the color scheme. And later that day I had an email from Shaun with the preliminary design completed. To finalize the design, I stopped in the next day and with just a few real-time design tweaks, I was ready to place my order. I picked the sign up a few days later and was very happy.
