Not such a joyful experience for me - hope yours is better…read more I walk in to get some greetings cards printed and find that the person I need to talk to is busy on the phone, so I patiently wait for her to finish. We are now chatting about my project and in the middle of our discussion starts talking to her graphic design ?? Person about a customer she sees pulling up in the parking lot. She literally leaves me standing at the counter and without a word starts talking and helping the customer who now just walked in the door. I couldn't believe it- she left me hanging there... So, I politely say, I think I'll come back when you're less busy versus what I could've said...WTF??!!?? The lady says something like- this is how it always is. So, it's always a rude, non attentive, disorganized clusterfudge?? What a waste of my time. Definitely not a good fit for me.

Signature Signs-N-Lettering was a pleasure to work with. I had a custom "welcome" sign made for my…read moreRV. I knew what I wanted to say and an idea of what it should look like, but was unsure of what I wanted it to be made of. The wooden signs you can buy on line where the design, material and saying is preconfigured was o.k., but I wanted something better. So I stopped in to talk with the folks at Signature Signs one afternoon. We were helped right away by Shaun and after discussing my concept, I was given several ideas for my sign. Each material I was offered was explained regarding the options, price and longevity. In the end, I settled on a metal sign with vinyl lettering and graphics. For the design process, while I was at the store I emailed a picture of my RV so they could get the color scheme. And later that day I had an email from Shaun with the preliminary design completed. To finalize the design, I stopped in the next day and with just a few real-time design tweaks, I was ready to place my order. I picked the sign up a few days later and was very happy. You may notice that the building is a little tired on the outside, and that the office/workshop is a little tired in the inside, but the service, cost and quality was great and better than I expected. Great job guys!
