I'm glad it wasn't too buggy. We didn't see alligators. Canoers, kayakers & boarders on the water said they saw gator(s), but we never did. So, I don't recommend renting bikes if you want to see gators. Many people visit the area and bring their own kayaks & body boards. Don't dress to impress. This is a true nature experience. 4 stars cuz bikes can be dirty, one lady had her chain fall off & we helped her & my husband's handlebars loosened up & had to start walking his bike. I guess the only way to get help on the trail is to call their rental center, so don't leave the area without asking how they can help & meet up in case your bike is not rideable. I rode back & had a worker take him a new bike, but I had to show him where he was. It was a nature experience! There is a waiver to sign before you rent. Maybe their fine print gives information about how to deal with problems on the trail? I didn't read it thoroughly, I thought it focused more on the late fee.

Spoke to Chip and he said Duotone will not do anything about it and Chip said they ,Jupiter Watersports, could sell me another wing. Wow! 1 year is all can expect on a $2,500 wing. Knowing that other wingers wings have lasted longer than a year! I've heard that Duotone wings is known for short life span but 1 year is ridiculous! It's really too bad because the wing performance was excellent. However, that does not outweigh the price & short life span. The end of Duotone will look for other brands from this point on.

My family and I had to get rescued by some random, kind strangers which they told us "this is no weather for paddle boarding" and mentioned they rescue random paddle boarder's weekly. My main reason for calling this company was because of the drop/pick up service they offered for their paddleboard rentals. They advertise "Anywhere you want to paddle, We'll bring the boards. Even to your home!" copied directly from their website. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case when I called. I first asked if we could get them dropped off at Fiesta Island. "No, that's a bad idea" they tell me. They recommend Fanuel Park, which I later come to realize is where they are located. My group (who have their own boards) wanted to drop in at Crown Point. I text Hui Hui back an ask if we can do Crown Point instead, which is about 5 minutes away from Fanuel. They just text back "Can you do Fanuel?"... Since I already paid the deposit and didn't feel like arguing with someone about their supposed drop off/pickup service, I said whatever, I'll pick them up myself and take them over to crown point myself. Hoping to get a " Oh no, we take the boards to where you want to paddle", instead I got a "Works for us!" Yeah of course it does. We get there and stuff two boards in the back of our car with the trunk still open and the boards barely strapped in, we made our way to crown point and had a great day. The dude seemed chill, and I was hesitant on writing a review, but since he asked me to, here you go. Lastly, their pricing is all over the place. Their website says $40 for 4 hours in one place, $45 in another place, and then dude charges me $55 for four hours when I call in. I didn't argue that either, I was just trying to paddle board man. In summary, don't advertise a service you don't offer.

Adam was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide and having Tammy, the manager along was a bonus. Obviously, spotting wildlife is never guaranteed but Adam was an expert in spotting everything from manatees, birds, fighting conch, Cassiopea jellyfish, and starfish. Tammy spotted a ray and a turtle that zoomed away before most could see it. Adam was good at keeping the group together and explained much about the area and wildlife. Great way to spend a morning in Jupiter in the water.

I just moved to South Florida from Connecticut and brought my kayak with me in hopes of seeing some wildlife. My boyfriend doesn't have a kayak of his own and suggested we book a rental with a tour guide to show us around - I am so glad we did! Misty and her super cute canine, Abu, were the most amazing tour guides ever. Before our arrival, Misty kept in contact with excellent communication. She provided quality rental equipment, and not only did we feel very safe the entire time, she is an expert at spotting wildlife. The Peanut Island paddle was suggested for us - we were so blessed to see an abundance of manatees floating under us, a stingray, a starfish so big I almost called the Guinness Book of World Records (haha only half-joking!) and plenty of beautiful birds, lizards and fish. The excursion took about two hours and we never felt rushed at all, although it was just the right amount of time before we started to get a little tired. Can't thank Salty Dog Paddle enough for this incredibly special and very memorable experience. Misty was even thoughtful enough to take photos and videos for us which she sent after - she really was the best part of this experience for us!! Highly recommended!!!
