This store is the worst Target O have ever been in. Dirty, roaches crawling on food, banana holder looks like it's never been cleaned. Shelves are messy. Boxes in aisles to the point you can't get around. Things that are supposed to be be in stock aren't there at all and you can never find a worker to help you. I had a terrible experience at this Target thanks to a cashier named Melody. We were just trying to check out and politely asked where to put our basket since there wasn't a spot like usual. Instead of simply telling us, she snapped "give it to me" and snatched it out of my hand with a nasty attitude -- as if us checking out was somehow a burden to her. Customer service should NEVER feel like we're inconveniencing the employee. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and made what should've been a simple trip super uncomfortable. This is in regards to their online site. The item is a Simpson gas pressure Washer, 3,100 PSI. They did not post my review which is not shocking. I called 2 Target reps as the first review said refurbished. I asked the 1st rep "is it refurbished or new?" He asked me to be more specific. I disconnected from that chat and went to another one. After hemming and hawing, 2nd one said it was new from the description. I placed my order and got it a day early and the first thing I noticed when the FedX lady brought to me was the REFURBISHED UNIT (pic enclosed) label on the box. So Target wasted my time calling their reps who knew NOTHING plus I have to waste my time bringing this REFURBISHED NOT NEW pressure washer back to Target. I have to wait for my refund to process and this will be the last time I ever shop at Target because now is an item NEW or REFURBISHED. read more

I had to write about this amazing cookie sheet/sheet pan. I have had so many over the years and paid big money for some thinking they would stay looking good but no they always look horrible after a months use. I would use spray, always would used parchment paper and cleaned after each use, but nothing worked. These from Target are absolutely unbelievable, no parchment paper or spray and they clean with ease and stay looking new, it's a miracle! I have used this pan at least 6 times doing pizza, sheet pan meals and cookies and look how they still look, just like day I got them. I have to thank my sister who told me about them, best part they are reasonably priced. read more

Clean, well lit and usually well stocked Target that has exactly what you'd expect shopping here. The service is pretty good with most employees knowledgeable about where you can find whatever item you are looking for. The prices are hit and miss but most of the time they are in line with other stores. They have a coffee/snack station towards the front of the store in case you get hungry. Slightly disappointed I came here for one specific item (replacement roller blade wheels for my travel roll aboard suitcase) but they didn't have any. Roller blades yes, just no replacement wheels. Always a great shopping experience. You can pick up household items, grocery items, Starbucks and clothes.....well may not their clothes.

Do yourself a huge favor and avoid at all costs especially during covid-19. They are not wiping down any of the carts and are letting in people without masks or any kind of protective coverings. They are also not wiping down anything after the person in front uses it which would just spread the contamination. This store is out of almost everything as well! I expect many of its patrons to get sick because of the total disregard for personal and employee safety at this time. read more

I come to this target anytime i'm in Port Saint Lucie and it's usually pretty nice, on occasion it's a little messy and unorganized but i get that. The one thing i can not stand though is the gap in between the bathroom stall and the wall, I don't prefer to be seen on the toilet by any person who walks by, this is awful Target, please fix this!! read more

Was having an extremely rough day on January 19,2019 and truly didn't want to shop local with the chances of running into someone I knew. I simply wasn't in the mood. I decided to drive to Target in Jensen Beach fl and run in for the items I needed. I shopped and grabbed everything on my list. I proceeded to the checkout and behind me I heard an employee simply going up to everyone and greeting them in the softest of voices and wishing them a great day. In my head I was like "please don't come over to me "..... but she did. Her name was Erica Tucker. I knew she looked familiar (a friend of a friend ). She greeted me and asked if I needed help. She wished me a great day and offered me a soothing smile. I can't explain what that did for me. Thank you Erica! I hope this message gets back to you. Keep shining bc your light was added to a very dark and gloomy day I was having. Thanks for being my Light. And it didn't cost me a thing. It was free. I left her a $5 Starbucks gift card as a thank you. Hope she enjoyed a cup of coffee on me. read more

Ah, Tar-zhay! This store has a pretty good selection on most items; however, you probably won't find super-specific/odd drugstore-only items here. I always want to spend way too much money here (they have a fun home decor area) and have to keep myself in check. Also, this store is always sparkling clean...not sure how that's possible, but it's great! read more

Clean, plenty of parking, and a decent sized store with plenty of selections. I do agree with the previous reviewer that the parking lot is a little weird, but not that big of a deal. Employees were helpful and around if you wanted them, but not hovering like they expected me to shoplift (don't you hate that?!?) All in all, one of the better Targets around. read more

Unlike other department stores, even other Target stores, I have never, ever had any issue at this Target. Returns are easy, employees are nice, and there are decently competitive prices. Wanda , a manager, and Ed are rude , disrespectful, arrogant, and horrible at customer service!!! I bought a microwave and it was missing the glass turntable - and politely explained the situation with my receipt. They treated me like a criminal and were rude unhelpful and horrible at servicing a customer. I had to get angry and start a fit to get them to allow me to return the product. Wanda was Chastising me about lifting the microwave and made rude comments. Completely unacceptable behavior from a manager. I will never shop at target again . they provide the worst service and help I have ever dealt with! Corporate needs to know how employees are treating customers!! read more

This target is just okay... Not as good as the one in tradition, but still a reliable target. The staff is nice and fortunately for me their dollar shop wasn't loaded up this time. So it saved me from myself. I think it's just the dated feel to this location that makes you feel "meh" if you're accustomed to shopping in tradition. But I still got love ya for Target! read more

I bought some undies for my daughter, got the wrong size and tried to switch them for the right size. Went back got the right size, the ones I bought were not on clearance, but bc I couldn't find my receipt she took $3.00 off so I basically had to pay them to exchange them, even though the SAME ones were on the shelf for the same original price. Complete BS! And for any management that cares enough to read these, Adrianna at guest service was extremely rude and unpleasant... Will not be back and will advise everyone else to not bother coming here. read more

I love going to this Target. They always have someone ready to check you out and they give you the option to check out yourself as well. The merchandise is always displayed neatly and the dressing rooms are always clean. All of the employees are super nice. This store always has sales and everything is priced reasonably. This is, by far, the dirtiest target I have ever visited. The floors are filthy and I have noticed the same stains on two different occasions. There's food and drink split on the floor and it seems no attempt has been made to clean it. I'm a regular customer and use the target card and everything. Scam! This target store is a scam. If you try to use an Egift card or E coupon they tell you that you cannot use it in the store. It says right on it you can use it in the store. Then they tell you that you have to activate it. When you ask to use the customer service phone to activate it they tell you that you are not allowed to use it, ask them to call for you because you get NO phone signal on your cell in the store, they tell you that you have to do it on your own phone and you get sent out to the parking lot to call. Here is the funny part... CUSTOMER SERVICE TELLS YOU THEY CANNOT HELP YOU UNLESS YOU CALL FROM THE STORE PHONE. These managers know what they are doing...SCAM! I ONLY WENT TO THIS STORE BECAUSE I HAVE THE COUPON. I would have shopped elsewhere. Customer service appears to expect you to physically fight the manager to use the phone in the store because you are allowed to use it. I am not about to do that because it is against the law. You cannot use whatever egift card or ecoupon you have here, they give you it to get you in the store and then they scam you. They told me they would straighten it out and call me back. My $200 of stuff and 2 hours of shopping is still suppose to be at the store and no one has called me to straighten out my $15 Egift card. BEWARE SCAM SCAM. Also, they are not going to read anyone's complaint. They do not care about the complaints. They know how to give you the run around until you give up. Consumer beware! read more

The store is clean, convenient and has a good selection. However, they give you a really hard time about price matching. I realize it's kind of a pain to price match,but it's part of the job and the staff has a tendency to make you feel as though you're inconveniencing them. read more
