She then said, "I'm just doing my job, sir" with a very snotty and disrespectful tone. She even had the nerve to say that I would still get the discount if my application wasn't accepted...suggesting that I have bad credit. No, I don't have bad credit, I just don't want a Kohl's card, and I definitely don't want to be badgered about it. I understand Kohl's trains cashiers to present the credit card option to customers, but she went way beyond that and was pestering...and creating a scene in front of other customers.
