I decided to drive to Target in Jensen Beach fl and run in for the items I needed. I shopped and grabbed everything on my list. I proceeded to the checkout and behind me I heard an employee simply going up to everyone and greeting them in the softest of voices and wishing them a great day. In my head I was like "please don't come over to me "..... but she did. Her name was Erica Tucker. I knew she looked familiar (a friend of a friend ). She greeted me and asked if I needed help. She wished me a great day and offered me a soothing smile. I can't explain what that did for me. Thank you Erica! I hope this message gets back to you. Keep shining bc your light was added to a very dark and gloomy day I was having. Thanks for being my Light. And it didn't cost me a thing. It was free. I left her a $5 Starbucks gift card as a thank you. Hope she enjoyed a cup of coffee on me.

As for the majority of the stock (96%) what is available is quite dark (I live in South Florida, it's the tropics here). I did come across a skirt in the B1-G1 section but couldn't find another item. I informed the clerk, she said I had to get a second item for the sale. I asked if I could get the skirt for half price, she said "no". I was happy with them keeping the merchandise. Each time I've been in this location, I've been the only customer then maybe another comes in as I'm about to leave. Not sure how they are staying open.

One of the better Burlington's that I have been to (all others in North Carolina)…read more I love to shop here for their always changing selection (think Ross, TJMaxx, and Homegoods) and it's availability of inexpensive Junior's Plus Size Fashion and size 10/11 ladies shoes. I can safely say that I rarely leave this store empty handed, and even my hard to fit hubby finds something on most occasions and I rarely feel guilty about my purchases. I love the selection of kitchen and home goods as well, I can always find a bargain. This particular location is well organized, I rarely see items out of place where in other locations it can be hard to move around the aisles and find what you are looking for. I love Burlington!

As a store that sells large items like rugs and furniture as well as large art and large potted…read morefake plants, the fact that they don't allow you to take the shopping cart outside is asinine! Also, the fact that they encourage you to leave your items inside or on the curb and then bring your car into the fire lane is even worse. Imagine blocking the fire truck from tending to an emergency while you are loading your items!! I believe wholeheartedly that this is something that needs to change. It's like saying to your customers, "we got you while you're inside spending your money with us but as soon as you have made your purchases, you're on your own!" They have no one helping you put things in the car, they don't care if it's raining, if your items get stolen, if you have a full cart...that's not their business. And that to me is insane! Burlington you really need to care more for your customers. Watching your elderly customers trying to lug huge bags to their cars is not a good look for you as a corporation. Hire a cart person!! Collect your carts! It's that's simple. I also had an experience with a so called manager. There was an item that was a little damaged. It still worked though. I had been looking for one for a long time and so I decided to get it and have my hubby fix it. It was full priced though and it was the last one. I know that in this situation the store will give a small discount so I asked the cashier. She called the manager. He arrived, she told him the issue. He said NOTHING just angrily punched in the 10% discount as if it was being taken from his personal pocket right then and there. I thanked him and he huffed away without uttering one word. Zero customer care at all!!! It's not like I was being rude or mean...I just knew that we'd have to make a repair to the item so cut the customer some slack! There should have already been a clearance sticker on the item to begin with.
