And happy with some of the name brands they were finding. I imagine this is on a route for the "ladies that lunch" to make the journey from West Palm to find a bargain. It was my first time in the store and they had lots of nice items. I did have questions about some items I wanted to purchase, but was never acknowledged the entire time. I walked through the store from the dishes, clothing, to the furniture side. One tall dark haired woman walked past me at least 4 times in the store but only spoke to my husband across the store a couple of times. I was very sad when I left the store. He told me so much about this store and I was excited to get there. And some clothing, of course, and accessories. You have to wander around a bit to see everything as it's not grouped all together by categories. Some prices seemed a little high, but it is for a charity. They do offer sale discounts on different days on different items. And Wednesday is the senior day for 25% off. We did observe some local shoppers using a loyalty card as well. This card gives a discount to the users, but I'm not sure of the details. We didn't buy anything here when we visited, but as at all thrift stores the inventory changes often.

The store is staffed by volunteers and proceeds go to providing food and clothing, housing, rent and utility assistance, to the Port St. Lucie community. They sell donated furniture, household goods, lamps, small appliances, art collectibles, books, CD's, clothes, and accessories. They had a great selection and the prices were very reasonable in their clean and well organized store. They had a cute boutique section and you may even find vintage and antique pieces tucked into the shelves. Follow them on Facebook for notification of upcoming sales. If you are looking to donate, they accept household furniture, household goods, clothing, and toys in very good condition. Donations of food must be nonperishable and not expired. I came back to the store and I told her that that purse was a gift and it was not supposed to be added in there nevertheless she had the purse for in the thrift store for $100 now all the stuff that I gave her you would've think she said this you know she did not she told me no so I'm sorry and sad to say that the people that would have gotten the laptops and other I was going to add to they are not going to receive that because of this selfishness but someone else it somewhere else so do before you give stuff to people that are greedy anyway I hope that the people can benefit from all the things that they received, but place will never get nothing else ever from me. Hope International Missions (HIM),is a division of FEA Ministries Inc which is a ministry that was founded in 1961. Profits from sales from the store go to support world wide missions. The thrift store has parking out front and it is in a separate building on the campus. They have a lot of stuff for sale including clothes, accessories, toys, books, some furniture, and home goods. They had some really cute and inexpensive Easter decorations. I found prices to be very reasonable. What was unique was they had some antiques mixed in with the thrift items. Everything was clearly labeled with price and if it was an antique there was some information about that too. Sitting on the counter was a large doll from the 1950's with a sign that she needed to go to a a doll hospital but honestly, she really creeped me out. They had a lot of other stuff that I did like though including 33 pieces of English Garden China for only $15. My parents wedding china was in that pattern and seeing it brought back so many memories of years of holiday meals. Come take a peek because you never know what you will find.
