I made an attempt to buy an equipment from a company they bought a few years ago. The order was…read morecancelled and I requested a refund. It took them months and I still didn't get a refund. The issue went unnoticed for some time and in this time the company was bought by Florida coastt. The issue got escalated to a manager and they denied my refund request stating that they couldn't find the information. However, someone else from the company was able to provide me with details of the order before I got to the manager. This person was a former employee of the company they bought. They asked for corresponding details which matched but the employee then said that was from years ago and there was nothing they can do. Be careful with this company. Keep in mind that this was a item that was not even shipped. Their customer service is not like Amazon's.

I was greeted by Caylin who was super sweet and a pleasure to work with. She even gave me ideas about what I could do with one of the pieces I was keeping. The store is filled with treasures, there's no way you could go there and not see something you want. I felt very happy with the cash I walked out with. The owner, Hawk, was super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even gave me his card and told me that I could text him if I have pictures of jewelry to sell, which makes it even easier.
