One hundred percent of the proceeds from this store benefits the Angels of Hope Outreach Ministries, a Christian charity with the mission to end homelessness in the Treasure Coast. You can volunteer with them or donate items to this thrift store. The store generates money for the charity but it also offers lost cost items to the community. Some of the items I saw were socks, pantry food items, toys, new power banks for only $3, clothes, and home goods. Prices were inexpensive and the people working were very friendly. I love how this store is helping the community while helping others stretch their budget. Check them out if you are in the area.

Rufs is located in the St. Lucie plaza. While this plaza has seen better days, don't let the shabby exterior deter you from visiting this gem of a thrift store. Inside is a boutique like interior with tons of clothes, accessories, small appliances, and household goods. Prices are deeply discounted and everything is attractively arranged. If you have a young lady in your life in need of a formal dress for prom or homecoming, this is the place to go. Gowns which still had their hundreds of dollars price tags were marked down to $50. Another item that caught my eye was a the perfect pair of high heels for Halloween. The couple who were working the store were friendly and sweet. Come out and support this great organization while updating your wardrobe and saving money all at the same time.

The worst: If you happen to get a piece of clothing that does not have a ticket label they will not sell it to you. I was there today and purchased 7 items and just because one piece of clothing did not have a ticket label the clerk refused to sell it to me. I really wanted that particular item. I beg him to please sell it but he won't budge. It was not even my fault. It was theirs for not labeling item. I did not think it was fair. I don't think I would return to that particular store.

They sell furniture, household decor, clothes, accessories, and small appliances. Everything is organized by type, color, and size so shopping is a breeze. Thrifting is enjoying a resurgence as a cool hobby. There are a ton of Instagram videos showing how you can have a business thrifting or how to style and transform thrifted items. A can of spray paint can give just about any item new life. I really enjoyed thrifting at this large, clean, and well organized Goodwill. Goodwill has even added new items to complete their thrift inventory. Not only can you find a unique bargain but you are repurposing items and keeping them out of the landfill while helping the community through your purchase at the same time.

Everything was accurately represented in the photos I texted over to ask if your business wanted to consign it. Yes! Enthusiastically was said over the phone. Tomorrow we will send the boys over between 11am-2pm to pick it up... So when the two knuckleheads show up, one walks around and says "No" we wont take it. We didn't see this and that, etc. I clearly showed everything (little dings and such) in the photos. Thanks for wasting three hours of my life because you people didn't do your due diligence.
