My experience at this supercenter…read morehas run the gamut from smiles and a restoration in my faith in humanity because of friendly, competent employees who strove to go the extra mile all the way down to crushing disappointment with the occasional employee who really couldn't give a flip about anything. It really is a hit or miss kind of thing. But I remain eternally optimistic. I often wonder if this is just an Walmart thing or not. I can't understand why if something is available in several different flavors they either don't have the one that I want or are out of it. This doesn't seem to be unique to this store either. I've experienced it at Walmarts all around the country. In a similar vein, frequently when I find something that I like, it doesn't seem to take that long for them to discontinue it. Then when I ask the people in charge of that particular product, they all seem to shrug their shoulders and say "well that's just Corporate". So it all seems to also be the luck of the draw on whom you get to help you. Some of these employees seem to be very unhappy for whatever reasons and maybe they want to share. Personally, I would say that if you were not happy in your job then you should find a job that does make you happy. On the other hand, I have been fortunate to find some associates who are kind, helpful, patient, and wonderful and they have my deepest gratitude for all the ways they have helped me. They are stoic, dedicated, and devoted to their customers and I think Walmart should do everything in their power to keep them because they are the company's greatest asset. May God bless them each and every one of them. It's good to know that Walmart is an American company because in some ways it's a lot like the country itself. The stores are ginormous and while they may not have everything one might want, they've still got a lot of stuff! It's also made up of a lot of people from all over the world and they're working hard to feed their families and improve the company. Things aren't perfect but we're all still trying to live our best lives in our pursuit of happiness. That's America!

I get delivery from this store and pay for the Walmart + membership. Every single order has an…read moreissue - they give one delivery driver (who puts things in their trunk in 100+ degree heat) five or so orders, and then the stuff sits in the car for sometimes two hours before it arrives. Everything cold is always completely warm. Meat, ice cream, all of it. My berries will be dumped out of container, this time a sauce with the lid off spilled into the bag. Getting groceries, putting them in a bag and having them delivered sounds easy but this store has perfected messing it up.

He was extremely friendly and helpful. My purchase included a men's sample kit that included quite a few vials of different colognes and some skin products. (By the way it was an awesome little kit with a great variety of products for only $15) When I finished my transaction Martin informed me of an opportunity to get a free facial. I've had a couple in the past and figured- what the heck...us guys need to look good too Martin walked me over to the Chanel counter and introduced me to Lana. She was super nice and I was able to schedule an appointment for today at 1 pm. PHENOMENAL is the best way to describe it!!! I had to remind myself that I was at Dillard's throughout the 50 mins or so session because I felt like I was in a 5 star spa. Lana was very knowledgeable and provided some great insights on my specific skin type and how to keep it looking great. The session and overall experience with Lana was truly spectacular! She then said, "I'm just doing my job, sir" with a very snotty and disrespectful tone. She even had the nerve to say that I would still get the discount if my application wasn't accepted...suggesting that I have bad credit. No, I don't have bad credit, I just don't want a Kohl's card, and I definitely don't want to be badgered about it. I understand Kohl's trains cashiers to present the credit card option to customers, but she went way beyond that and was pestering...and creating a scene in front of other customers. Instead of simply telling us, she snapped "give it to me" and snatched it out of my hand with a nasty attitude -- as if us checking out was somehow a burden to her. Customer service should NEVER feel like we're inconveniencing the employee. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and made what should've been a simple trip super uncomfortable. Very disappointed!
