When they're hot they're hot and when they're not they're not. My experience at this supercenter has run the gamut from smiles and a restoration in my faith in humanity because of friendly, competent employees who strove to go the extra mile all the way down to crushing disappointment with the occasional employee who really couldn't give a flip about anything. It really is a hit or miss kind of thing. But I remain eternally optimistic. I often wonder if this is just an Walmart thing or not. I can't understand why if something is available in several different flavors they either don't have the one that I want or are out of it. This doesn't seem to be unique to this store either. I've experienced it at Walmarts all around the country. In a similar vein, frequently when I find something that I like, it doesn't seem to take that long for them to discontinue it. Then when I ask the people in charge of that particular product, they all seem to shrug their shoulders and say "well that's just Corporate". So it all seems to also be the luck of the draw on whom you get to help you. Some of these employees seem to be very unhappy for whatever reasons and maybe they want to share. Personally, I would say that if you were not happy in your job then you should find a job that does make you happy. On the other hand, I have been fortunate to find some associates who are kind, helpful, patient, and wonderful and they have my deepest gratitude for all the ways they have helped me. They are stoic, dedicated, and devoted to their customers and I think Walmart should do everything in their power to keep them because they are the company's greatest asset. May God bless them each and every one of them. It's good to know that Walmart is an American company because in some ways it's a lot like the country itself. The stores are ginormous and while they may not have everything one might want, they've still got a lot of stuff! It's also made up of a lot of people from all over the world and they're working hard to feed their families and improve the company. Things aren't perfect but we're all still trying to live our best lives in our pursuit of happiness. That's America! read more

I get delivery from this store and pay for the Walmart + membership. Every single order has an issue - they give one delivery driver (who puts things in their trunk in 100+ degree heat) five or so orders, and then the stuff sits in the car for sometimes two hours before it arrives. Everything cold is always completely warm. Meat, ice cream, all of it. My berries will be dumped out of container, this time a sauce with the lid off spilled into the bag. Getting groceries, putting them in a bag and having them delivered sounds easy but this store has perfected messing it up. read more

Friendly a self check was fast easy. The lay out of store was easy to find things. The woman's clothing is reasonable & so is the mensl

I have shopped at this Walmart for years since it was built prior to that the old location on the corner of US1 and Indian Street. On Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, I was leaving the store/garden center with my purchase and receipt in hand when Joel the Walmart greeter asked to see my receipt....I had NO problem at all with providing him this information, he was doing his job. He then started questioning me about a product that didn't scan correctly on my receipt against the barcode on the box. I never even looked at what was scanned at the checkout lane I paid for the items I purchased. After he pointed out the discrepancy, I IMMEDIATELY, went to the Customer Service Counter to point out this. He/Joel the greeter all but ACCUSED me of theft in front of shoppers and other employees. I AM NOT A THIEF. I purchase items. I do not program Walmart's scanning system. read more

I will not return. I'm not sure if it's the staff or the rude people that make shopping here unpleasant. I used to love Stuart, FL but the past 2 months my shopping experiences at this Walmart in Stuart have turned me off not only to Walmart but Stuart as well. Use to be able to make a shopping trip to Stuart in1-2 hours and now it seems as if shopping takes 4-5 hours just to find the things you need. What makes me not want to return to this Walmart are the rude drivers in the parking lot, the poorly marked prices of items on the shelves, and the lines at the Registers. The lines are notoriously long at Walmart so I used the self scanner. Well to cancel an item you need a cashier which defeats the self serve principle. An item i thought was one price was double when I got to the register. I was so frustrated I left all my items at the register and walked out. Perhaps it's this frustration that the shoppers feel that makes the display prices not representative. I recognize that the clerks have a difficult job, but I blame leadership for not properly motivating their staff so that the shopping experience could be more pleasant for all involved. read more

No, I was told by a nurse to get an incentive. Spirometer, I can't buy it in Walmart. I have to order it on the computer at Walmart computer website. When I go to Walmart I have to sign in. I don't feel good. I'm in pain. If I don't get that, I'm going to end up with pneumonia so it's your fault. read more

Well folks, come here and see a place where every employee is Haitian, except to Kooder in the Auto care area. Walmart Supercenter - the aisles of a grocery store - Department Stores Near Me - Stuart, Florida

I ordered a tire online to be picked up at the Walmart in Stuart. I never received an email or a text letting me know it was in. When I went to inquire about it one of the attendants in the auto center was extremely rude and the clerk inside was practically helpless and uncaring. I had to go back online and reorder. Not to mention I'll need to call my credit card company to make sure I'm not double charged. I wouldn't be surprised if it got sent somewhere else. The clerk didn't seem to care enough to look into it read more

went to get an eye exam. they were very courteous and friendly. and they won't rip you off like the one in treasure coast mall may cost a little. but it is worth it. they have better test for the eyes. no more but one get one free. those are the ones that are cheap. plus you will be lucky if you do get a free pair. read more

It sucks, that they have not put back, the benches for the customers to sit on, which were in front on the checkouts. it's been well over a year, since they took the benches out, when the pandemic first started. read more

I usually have no issues at the Stuart Walmart, it seems like it's gone downhill since we first moved here in 2017. Everyone is friendly and they usually have what I need. But today my came to the drive up pickup window to pickup a small order that was ready two days ago, and waited for 45 minutes!!!! There were others waiting in line too. People who arrived later were served before others. Sadly this was a bad experience and should never happen for any business if the business goal is to serve the customer. In this case it seemed very organized and the employees really don't care. (In this department) read more

Went to Walmart in Stuart to pick up an order yesterday. I love doing this, it's easy to find what you need and you get it right away. The entire process was fast, very easy, they came to my car in a few minutes plus the prices are great. I recommend giving it a try. read more

This is the WORST Walmart I have ever been to. I am a Walmart + member and I order my groceries online and have them delivered to my home...FROM THIS STORE This week I added a small floor cleaner to my weekly order and it was delivered... no issues! I received my delivery on Thursday, 5/12 The floor cleaner was defective so I boxed it up and brought it back to this store on Saturday 5/14 and this is where the trouble began.... 1- They do not do an even exchange because for some reason they just don't... so I returned the item and we went to get another one. I received a credit for 179.99 total. 2. - I brought it back to the customer service area because the price on the same exact item was now 199.00. The woman behind the counter said that she would need to check with the manager to see if I could have it for a lower price.... can you believe this, the manager said NO and sent this poor woman back to me to tell me. As this was an unacceptable answer I went to get the manager and she then said she would do it this one time... WHAT???? 3- The Manager and the clerk then stood there and proceeded to tell me that when you order online that the prices are cheaper sometimes than in the store and that it is about the convenience of having them delivered to my home blah blah blah.... I know right? the story doesn't even make sense. HEY MS.WALMART MANGER - I PAY TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED TO MY HOME....this isnt free. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ATTITUDE was unacceptable. read more

Laying off Employees....Wal Mart Stuart wants all of it's customers to use their Scanning (less working people to hire) system. This past Tuesday on line, the cashier's machine had (another) problem. The check out woman tells the people waiting on line "Use the self check out" Not one person on line would go to it. Finally another Wal Mart employee opened another check out. Many times there are not enough check out employees (so they say) open they want all customers (SOON ALL CUSTOMERS) to use their system. In a hurry? No time, keep using the self check out, this is what Big Business wants you to do. Bad enough the shelves are not fully stocked, dirty plus Higher prices. Of course Most of the products are from Communist China. Shop Wal Mart's low prices....GREED! don't you just Love it. Joseph J. read more

Compared to the Jupiter Walmart, this one is 5 stars all day long! May not be the best place to shop, but the prices are still reasonable and they have cashiers and customer service employees. former employee here...I worked there a couple weeks, as a cashier. I know it sound easy and with this position comes an extremely fast paced situation (if you're trying to be a good employee) and walmart is cheap--so the a/c isn't turned up enough to cool the employees. I discovered WALMART DOESN'T ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO DRINK WATER ..!! YOU MUST BE ON BREAK OR LUNCH. don't assume this isn't so bad. I developed dry mouth and clearly I was getting dehydrated. NO WATER ! ALSO...THE STORE MANAGER--ANNA--must have some kind of mental illness...like...maybe....egomania...I had no customers at the time so I was making the place neat, putting products back where they belonged...from behind me a woman says with THAT TONE..you know the tone....she says WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?? my first thought was "what is she talking about--what is happening?" she began to lecture me about ONE LONE LIME on the floor tucked up near the register booth, barely noticeable. (I never even saw it) she had THAT TONE...it was accusatory before even asking me or informing me the ONE LONE LIME was there...WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? LIKE SOME HUGE DISASTER OCCURRED. (I began to think she was psycho) ! so I returned to her with LIKE TONE saying im doing what I was told to do-put things back in order-i didn't even see (the lone lime). SHE BEGAN TO LECTURE ME about the lime being on the floor could be dangerous, that someone could slip and fall (im a 72 year old woman --as if im just too stupid to know that at 72 years old) she told me not to talk to her like that...THEN I GOT ANGRY AND TOLD HER NOT TO TALK TO ME THAT WAY EITHER...all of sudden she is changing her tune talking WITHOUT THE TONE... asking me to calm down...so I can only assume she will talk to her employees like that while she can get away with it. YES SHE WILL...people who really need their jobs will allow her to abuse them...WELL I DON'T NEED THE JOB-THAT BAD...so I told her I was going to HR. she started following me....SAYING SOMETHING I DUNNO WHAT...I had to almost yell at her TO LEAVE ME ALONE...I had a convo with HR who upheld the NO WATER RULE..I explained that I needed water..PEOPLE, HUMANS NEED WATER...THEY DIDN'T CARE...and I also told HR ANNA--THE STORE MANAGER WAS ON NOTHING BUT A POWER TRIP...NONE OF THIS WAS NECESSARY..but at 72 years old and I've worked my whole life..I never had a manager take an accusationitory stance to me before knowing the facts, OR MAYBE THE FACTS DON'T MATTER TO ANNA AND WALMART...AND I WASN'T GOING TO WORK WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SIP WATER WHILE I SWEAT IN THEIR UNDER-COOLED BUILDING...BTW THIS IS IN FLORIDA..!!...I told HR FLAT OUT YOU TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP !! AND I LEFT...between the psycho manager --ANNA-- and no water--IM NOT DOING IT MYSELF AT 72..I feel bad for the rest of the employees there...one woman s hair I noticed was plastered to head with sweat--and you're telling me she can't have WATER...LIFES GIVING SUBSTANCE TO EVERYTHING ON EARTH? WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. ! read more

I Restroom is disgusting and needs thorough cleaning. The store generally needs a good cleaning or upgrade. Management obviously does not spend a great deal of money or effort on appearances. Stuart has the worst delivery on the coasts from Mississippi to Stuart. Unfortunately we had to order from this store.

One lane open. One lane. But please scan and nag your own stuff. Last time I will shop here.

The grocery pick up is excellent and saves you at least one hour a week. Will at the pharmacy is a tremendous asset. He goes above and beyond what is expected in the name of customer service. He called the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) twice to secure a vacation exemption for my mother who needed extra medications before leaving for a long trip out of the country. I paid cash for the meds (was initially declined a vacation waiver) and was pleasantly surprised when Will call me later to state he obtained a waiver after a self-initiated 2nd phone call to the PBM and I was able to get a refund. Will did not have to do that since I already paid and left. What a great employee and exemplary display of true customer service and conscientious follow through. read more

Customer email (06/13/2019 05:53 PM) DO NOT like self check out I shop early morning, 7a.m. as I have to ride a cart and the store is not as busy and I have been shopping the Stuart Walmart for many years. When I have a cart really full the self check out is very hard to scan and bag my purchases, and was told today regular cashiers do not start until 9 a.m. which is really late when I am ready to leave by 8 a.m. I am not the only one who does not like this many of my friends feel the same way. I had to go there for a booster seat for my granddaughter. I could not find anyone to give me a clue where they were located. Their service is a complete joke and the next time I will simply go on Amazon and get it shipped overnight. read more
