In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). I don't understand how a dry cleaner can make your clothes worse than when you dropped them off and what kind of an owner doesn't care at all about customer service or quality.
