I truly cannot thank this team enough. I had a huge stain on my dress and, in a moment of panic, tried to remove it myself... which somehow made it 1000 times worse. There were splotchy dark marks all over it and I was convinced I had completely ruined it. To make matters more stressful, this was the morning of a first date and it was the dress I had planned to wear. I brought it in hoping for a miracle and that's exactly what they delivered!! They took it in right away and somehow returned it looking absolutely perfect. You would never know anything had happened to it. Their kindness, professionalism, and skill saved my dress (and honestly my whole day). I'm so grateful and will never take my clothes anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough! read more

Wow. This place is AMAZING. I am new to the area and was nervous to find an affordable place I trust with my clothes. My first trip, I brought a dress with a red wine stain. No problem for them. They got it out quickly with no issues. Another dry cleaners had left my husbands suit jacket. Quality cleaners fixed this FREE OF CHARGE for my trouble with ANOTHER BUSINESS. They are willing to work with the timeline you need it without sacrificing quality work. Safe to say, I will never be using another dry cleaner! Very friendly and eager to help. read more

Fast greeting and help!! Honest! I took in a black and white comforter that had an old and pretreated ink stain. It had not come completely out and was hoping for some kind of improvement. A fellow employee was called over to look at it and asked how I had pretreated it. He then offered to quickly try and see if he could get any more out. I was happy that I could wait for the answer instead of a trip back! He came back a bit later with the sad news that no, the ink was no longer responding and gave me a tip if I dared try something else. In short it was just what I was looking for! An honest and fast answer!!thank you so very much for the smiles and positivity even when giving rough news! I will gladly recommend you to all!! read more

After decades using dry cleaners for my husband's dress shirts, I have found the absolute best in Quality Cleaners. They go above and beyond in how they package the clothes on appropriate and protective hangers. And they are always so professional and personal when I come in. I'm a relatively new customer of just over 6 months, but they already feel like friends to me. read more

I love this place. I live in Hobe Sound and was glad to drive the longer distance for great quality. I went for a few alterations. Their seamstress, Janet, used to make costumes foe the Boston ballet. She helped me with 2 bathing suits and a pair of jeans. Everything was done within 48 hours. Other tailors turned me away roe the bathing suit alteration- she knew just what to do. The owners are also extremely nice and professional read more

Found my new favorite dry cleaners!! They pick up, drop off and are very personable!! I was surprised this morning ....they dropped off a pair of my husbands slacks that they mended and dry cleaned!! Wasn't expecting for another few days...met and exceeded my expectations!! read more

They do not have 1 day or next day service. Just tried to drop off for pick up tomorrow and I was told we don't do that. I specifically chose this business because they advertise one day and next day service. Suggest they change their ads as they are deliberately misleading. read more

Great service. Wish they had specials. Longer hours at least one day a week? Took Great care of my sweaters

My father passed away last week, so I was back in Stuart, FL, last week, and needed my suit pressed. A friend of mine dropped off the suit for me a little around 10:00 a.m. and asked if they could do same-day service. Once they heard of the circumstances, they said it would ready around 4:00 p.m. When I went to pick it up, they were very sympathetic, had the suit ready on time, and didn't charge me for the pressing. It's very rare that you see such service and compassion in any business. On top of that, the quality of the work was perfect! read more

I have used their services for decades. They had done alterations, cleaned area rugs and upholstery, as well as, clothing items. They are experts and have lived up to their name. When they did not press my formal with a ruffle collar to my liking. They gladly processed it again at no charge. The owner is also excellent at removing the most difficult stains. We are lucky to have this business in Martin County. read more

Quality cleaners is the best in the area service and craftsmanship are second to none.

This is the best cleaners in Southern Florida if not the entire State. Whenever my wife or I have a "accident" his advice is the same "Don't do anything just bring it in and I'll fix it." How true! Two examples: 1. My wife had a food stain on an expensive silver and gold threaded evening dress that was cleaned and looks perfect. 2. I was wearing a white suit and a waiter spilled a barbecue sauce on me. No fun but the suit again came back just like new. I still go there even though I live 35 miles south. Flawless! read more

My daughter is getting married and asked to wear the veil that I had worn when her Dad and I got married 27 years ago. As I went to the back of the closet to retrieve the veil, my heart sank. It had stains and yellowed with age. I was afraid it was hopeless, but Quality preformed a miracle, the end result was beautiful. My husband passed away three years ago and it meant so much to my daughter to have a part of him with her as we celebrate this wonderful day in our family. Can't say enough about this business, they have my heartfelt thanks. read more
