I have used Jensen Beach Cleaners & Tailors (possibly also known as Hometown Cleaners I'm not…read morereally sure. Yelp didn't have that listed as a check in option) a few times, mostly the dry cleaning side but recently the Tailor as well. First and foremost understand that the Tailor is not always there, but her hours are listed on the entrance door. I had some trousers hemmed and was pleased with the service and the quality of the work provided. There is a changing area as well inside. I was warmly greeted and thought the service was good. They do have some parking dedicated just to the cleaners as well which is nice as the shopping center can get crowded.

Very disappointed and frustrated with my experience this morning. If your hours say 7:00 AM, customers should be able to depend on that information. People have jobs, schedules, and places to be. It is extremely inconvenient to make a trip based on the posted hours only to find the doors locked. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If your hours have changed, they need to be updated so customers aren't wasting their time. I hope management addresses this because customer service starts with simply being open when you say you will be.

Cleaners / Alterations…read more As the name implies, they charge one price for dry cleaning and that price is substantially lower than the previous place I tried over on Port St Lucie blvd. In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.

There were splotchy dark marks all over it and I was convinced I had completely ruined it. To make matters more stressful, this was the morning of a first date and it was the dress I had planned to wear. I brought it in hoping for a miracle and that's exactly what they delivered!! They took it in right away and somehow returned it looking absolutely perfect. You would never know anything had happened to it. Their kindness, professionalism, and skill saved my dress (and honestly my whole day). I'm so grateful and will never take my clothes anywhere else. I can't recommend them enough!
