No machine no answer no nothing. I drove 20 minutes to the shop as per the recommendation of the dry cleaner that referred me. I was assured the turnaround on some alterations would be less than a week. Instead, there's simply nobody at the shop and a sign that says they can't do anything other than hems until March (three weeks from now) -- why not leave a message on a recording device to this effect?

Cleaners / Alterations…read more As the name implies, they charge one price for dry cleaning and that price is substantially lower than the previous place I tried over on Port St Lucie blvd. In this last visit, I needed a pair of pants hemmed and they were able to accomplish the task with no fuss or dely. The time quoted for completion was when the pants were ready and the job was done exactly as requested. The price for a pair of pants to be hemmed was, unfortunately, high but that is also the norm everywhere you call for alterations. $16 in my case so just be aware that the cost to alter might be on par with the cost of a new pair of jeans ($22). In any case, I would use them again for cleaning and for alterations. Big, shared parking lot in front.
