Boots weren't perfectly cleaned and leather boots still had some scuff marks. Also, took a week to get the shoes back which isn't so "speedy" if you ask me. They aren't open full business hours so it took me longer to get my shoes back because every time I was in the area they weren't open. When I finally caught them I couldn't get my boots right away because they only take cash and as so much time had passed I forgot about this policy. To boot, it cost me $50 to do a sub par job of cleaning two pairs of shoes. Didn't feel like it was a great value and worth the aggravation ‍

The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem. OK, were you going to tell me that or just let me pay and walk away with service not rendered as this item is not dry cleaned.
