We recently went to this TJ Maxx location. The store was organized and they had a watch and jewelry area. Store was well-organized and clean, and the associate at checkout was nice. I am a TJ maxx shopper at times but THiS location is unique to me. This location sells high end brands in a boutique type element. They carry brand such as Fendi, LV, Dior, Farm Rio etc etc. yes of course they carry a hefty price, but not store prices!! Pleasent surprises await! The service is also at a better level than most stores. I enjoy walking through once in a while to see what they have. read more

Had a wonderful experience making a purchase with Charmaine at the jewelry counter. She's patient and friendly. This TJMaxx has higher end name brand of clothing, bags, shoe selection (limited) and designer jewelry/accessories right where you walk in. read more

Don't go on weekends unless you want to wait in a line of 50 people!! Didn't even matter what I wanted to buy there because waiting in line just wasn't worth it. Besides that, they do have a great selection of things and good prices. Also, be veryyyy careful in this parking lot. read more

This is by far my favorite TJ Maxx location. They are always stocked up on my favorite skincare and makeup brands, and their graphic t-shirt sections is unlimited with great graphic designs. The lines are relatively short as long as you go on a Sunday or even during the week. The customer service is great. The employees are always so helpful and greet you at the door right when you walk into the establishment. I highly recommend coming to this TJ Maxx location! read more

In a shopping mall where many popular store chains resides TJ Maxx. A popular store for me since I like unusual stuff that occasionally you can find at great pricing. Also, popular clothing such as Polo can be find here at very low prices. Check it out if you haven't already. read more

I purchased towels for my guest bathroom, brought them home and washed them a few days after buying them. I wanted to wash them before guests arrive for the Holidays. After washing them, I was surprised at how much pilling and lint was on the towels. They were Kate Spade brand, which I expected to be better quality. These weren't usable. So, I returned them 7 days after purchasing. I had the receipt and the price tags that I had cut off before washing. The manager at the TJMaxx (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) treated me awful - as if I had done something wrong. He said they sell lots of towels and no one has ever complained before. I told him (and the receipt showed) that I had just bought them and he could see how awful they looked. He said, you bought them 7 DAYS AGO ... implying that this was not "just bought" as I stated. He would only give me store credit, no refund on my charge card and I left the store feeling awful. Shame on him! After thinking about this all day yesterday, I decided to write this review to share my experience. I will still buy from TJMaxx, but never in that store again. read more

As you all probably know by now, I'm not a huge fan of mass retail type stores BUT on a recent trip down I had a few minutes to kill and decided to kill it there. Well, well, well... this ain't your regular TJ Maxx. This one looks as if it's undergone a recent transformation with new, modern shelving units and racks, a totally new and streamlined check out area and lots of mirrors- everywhere! Intrigued, I wandered in further and was surprised to find a designer area called The Runway. Lots of great brands here including LaRok, Joie, Vivienne Tam and Vince. Not bad for a TJ Maxx eh? And here was the best surprise of all. Nicely remodeled fitting rooms that were CLEAN! Next time I'm in town I'll def make this one of my stops. And if you're wondering... yes I did make a purchase. Hey- a $78 top for $29.99 was too hard to resist. read more

I love this place and 9 times out of 10 find something .. Prices are excellent .. Much better than paying an arm and a leg for something!!! My husband gets scared when I go there as he knows I will be spending money but I tell him I'm saving him money!! read more

I have to tell you that I have shopped at many TJ Maxx locations for at least 20 years. I love the Runway collection. I have shopped from Miami to Atlanta to Boston to NewYork and many many places in between.... the TJ Maxx on PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens Florida not only has terrific merchandise, but better than that the personnel is amazing. The turnover rate is very low which leads me to believe they have first class management. Gloria in the jewelry and Maria who I believe is a manager in many departments along with the new manager John are all ready to help you any way they can! They all know you by name and I can't tell you even the people that don't see me all of the time, from the fitting room lady that is always there to the security person, to the sales clerks...I have yet to encounter anyone unfriendly!!! I expect that in a full retail store, but do not expect it from a discounter...{sad to say}!! You must go to appreciate the fine merchandise and the service....you will be amazed!! S . love the saving here on clothing. It's a hit or miss though. You have to go on the day of shipment in order to get first pick of new items.
