It is hard to believe that Lilly Pulitzer is celebrating their 65th anniversary. Also, from what I read; the company has rolled out three partnerships that expand Lilly's fashions into new directions. They have partnered in the past with Pottery Barn, Society Social and Goop. The Palm Beach Gardens store is in a perfect location with a friendly staff. I have been buying gifts from this store for family and friends and I have never been disappointed. I find their selection of clothing changing often, while maintaining its brand. The prices are fair and my gifts always bring a smile to everyone. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Super snobbish and I cannot believe they actually do not want to make a sale. Anyone should be given the right to be service no matter how they look. I'm Asian and was wearing my tennis outfit to run some errands in the mall. Stopped by to check some sizing before ordering online. Seriously Lilly get your sale staff (especially the lady working in the fitting room) at the mall together and have a general customer service course to educate them how to service their client (no matter how they look or who they are). This store is located within the Gardens Mall. Even if it was a dreary day, one cannot help but feel happy in this store. The colors are vibrant, displays are happy, prints are lively ~ I dare you to not be happy. Every few steps I was approached by a staff person asking to help. Amazingly, I described a top I had seen in one of their e-mail ads, that was not on their website, and BOOM ~ she found it. If you found an article but not in your size, they went to check their stock and then their company stock so that it might be shipped to you. Though not a requirement, the staff was dressed in Lilly outfits. Some are no longer available, which was too bad, because I saw a few that I really liked. The website promised 20% discount for first time customers. I had to call customer service to get it. Putting in the code didn't work. Then, I put in my gift card number and pin but it prompted me for a credit card, I guess in case my order went over. When the order went through, they used my credit card only. I checked the balance on my gift card and none of it was used. I emailed them on their customer service email the same day and they wrote back that it was too late as they had charged it to my credit card. I called customer service, by the way, almost impossible to get through, and they said I could return the merchandise, get a refund, and re-enter my order using my gift card. Very Awkward. They refused to refund my credit card and charge my gift card. So I will send the order back. Problem is I've only received one out of three items. Also, I could bring the merchandise back to a store but there is none near me (more than 50 miles). In the meantime, they've been floating my $250 gift card since Mother's Day. I saw a dress online and fell in love with it so I went in to try it on after seeing they had it in stock at this location. I recently gained a good bit of weight and I really had no idea what size I was. After reading some of the other reviews here I was a little nervous going in wondering if anyone would help me. Let me tell you my boyfriend and I walked into this store looking like a dumpster fire that just rolled out of bed and the staff treated us with the same respect and helpfulness as the other shoppers who looked like a million bucks. If you love bright colors and resort clothes, you'll be drawn to Lilly. The highlights are the Palm Beach-inspired prints and bright colors which inspire a cult like devotion. Clearly, this is how they can get away with charging quite a premium for mediocre-quality clothing and poorly made accessories. I adore the prints but often can't find something I'd like to buy, which is a shame. Often, the fabrics are flimsy and cheap. How about simple cotton shift dresses in your signature prints? The best items in the store are probably the shorts and the terry pullovers and jackets as well as the gift packaging! The service in this store is also very lukewarm, unfortunately. It's not warm, it isn't friendly and salespeople are generally not proactive about helping customers. read more

I have shopped Lilly many many times both online and several locations including the one at the Palm Beach Gardens Mall. The day and time I went was busy in the store. I will give them that. But there was at least 5 maybe 6 or 7 employees working. Typically in higher end stores employees take any clothes you have in your hand and start a dressing room almost immediately. This time it took almost 10 minutes. Then no one ever came back to take any other clothes out of my hand again and I had to guess which dressing room my clothes were in because no one was there to help. No one asked while I was in the dressing room if I needed any size changes or anything else. Yet every other dressing room had the customers names on the board outside their dressing room and I could overhear several employees bringing customers other selections and size changes. It wasn't until I checked out that anyone decided to pay attention when they ran my name and saw my account history. And of course the commission to be had by the employees from my purchases that day. It was sad that these employees on this day treated me like I didn't exist. In fact three employees were busy assisting another employee whom wanted to purchase something before she left her shift. This should not have been priority or needed so many employees assistance. The amount of money I drop in this store should honestly not matter at all. Everyone should be treated as if they matter and their business matters. And social media can make or break a business! I should honestly give them less of a star rating. read more

The one star rating is based on the lack of customer service I received at this location. I visited the store on the morning of 3/28 & 3/29.This was my first time in Palm Beach so I wanted to check out the Lilly Store since I shop there frequently for myself and daughter in other cities. The customer service here is horrible. The young ladies never took the time to greet me or ask if I needed assistance. They seemed very disconnected and uninterested. The ladies who were working on those days do not represent the essence of the brand. When I finally decided to try on clothes no one came to check and see if I needed a different size. I was basically waiting on myself. As other customers walked in they were greeted, asked questions about items they were looking for. . I did not feel welcomed at all! It felt like I was being treated as an outcast either based on color or familiarity and quite frankly I am now completely turned off by the Lilly Pulitzer brand. I don't know if this is the culture in Palm Beach but it's unacceptable. These women need to realize when they are at work they are representing a brand. I left asking myself. "What would Michelle Kelly think" ... Although I did make a few purchases I've decided to return everything when I go back to my home city. read more

Never shopped at Lilly before, never wore the clothes from here before. I wanted to start because the designs are beautiful. I went in looking for a dress and being as I'm really petite it was difficult to find something. One lady, a little older, was nice enough to help me. She's honestly the only good thing for this store. I came out and nervously laughed saying I was too small for the clothes. The much younger employees just rolled their eyes and looked away. I was ready to purchase the beach pants they carry (almost $200). I just walked out. I won't ever be a Lilly customer and no longer have the desire. So screw the Lilly store. I won't wear clothes that represents arrogance and pretentiousness. read more
