It is a charity thrift shop run by volunteers - the best kind! Not sure what this building was beforehand, but it consists of many small rooms, and they are setup with different items and themes. This makes the place fun to explore. There is a men's room, a children's room, a kitchen room, a book and records room, etc. Some notable sections: a Christmas section, a room of mostly crystal (along with a collection of wedding bells that ring), and a religious/(Catholic?) section. Some furniture have labeled drawers where inside are treasures or additional items. I found a few scarves to take home with me. Not sure how comparable the prices are locally, but it seems to be in between the cheap and the upscale.

However, the way this furniture and decor is organized is beautiful, with several little tableaus you want to step into. I loved walking through this area. Whoever volunteers or works here has put a lot of care into this space and a lot of thought into these displays - and it is an art! Very enjoyable experience. There is another part of the store with clothing, kitchen supplies, and kids items. The clothing is very reasonably priced. Actually most of the items in this area are really affordable, and the clothing selection was high quality. Definitely a store worth stopping in to see and to explore. You can shop here and they accept donations. On the day I visited a very sweet lady was working who only spoke Spanish. She still managed to communicate to me that they were having a 50 percent off sale on furniture and clothes were buy one get one free. They had a small selection of furniture, home goods, toys, art, small appliances, books, clothing, and accessories. It is tight in here but it is worth the time to really look around. You may find a treasure or two among the fairly priced items. Instead of adding to the landfills consider shopping and donating here. You can save money and give new life to gently used items.

A lot of the clothing designs feature the Jupiter Lighthouse, sea turtles, boats, surfboards, anchors, and mermaids. Jupiter Vintage sells men's and women's shirts, hats, candles, canvas art, tumblers, towels, bags, sunglasses, bracelets, and Christmas tree ornaments. I love the beachy vibe of the store with it's colorful tropical murals and surfboards. While I shopped I had a nice time chatting with the gentleman who was helping me and who is also a Jersey transplant. I love the designs and ended up purchasing a shirt for a gift. They are definitely not the tacky T shirts you see at the beach souvenir shops. You can tell the quality as soon as you feel the shirt, it is so soft. Short sleeved shirts are around $30. Unfortunately they were sold out of the shirt in my size that I wanted but I am planning on stopping in the next time I'm in town. If you can't make it to beachy Jupiter, Florida you can shop their online store. They are offering free shipping on orders over $75.

They do only have men's clothing and it is a little pricey but they have a ton of name brands. A lot of the stuff there is almost brand new and they have many different options. They have dress shoes, not many sneakers, many dress shirts and suit jackets, and tons of khakis and dress shorts. Their inventory changes a lot so if you do not find your size you can just come back another time. We come every time we are in town and almost always find hidden gems, we always find almost brand new Tommy Bahama clothing and it is reasonably priced. Along with clothing they have a lot of novelty items and sometimes there are really cool things in there. If you collect novelty sports cards or music records, take the trip and you might find something great! Need nice clothes for your husband or if you are a collector I definitely recommend a trip if you enjoy thrift shops, it's one of my favorites!

If you make it past the cranky owner, and he agrees to take your items, expect an opaque process, no written receipts or copies of your agreement, and radio silence until you proactively reach out. Oh, and have your expectations of any money coming your way very low. You'll get 40% of whatever arbitrary price they put on your items, but of course this assumes they actually sell for the price that split was made. If your items don't sell, make sure to retrieve them prior to the mystery date that only exists on the shop's paperwork, or they'll be donated. All in all a great little store to shop in, but the owner and his approach kind of kill it.

They have a no kill shelter where kitties can roam free until they find their furever homes. They are able to live safely at the shelter as long as they need to. Adopt a Cat is completely staffed by volunteers and survive strictly on donations. A place that helps cats and cool cheap items? That's a win win in my book! The thrift store has all kinds of items inexpensively priced. On the day I visited items were an additional 50 percent off. They carry books, movies, housewares, shoes, clothes, purses, accessories, lamps, small appliances, children's items, and pet supplies. I loved a flip flop basket and a Temptations casserole dish. If you live nearby please consider donating items to this worthy charity. They more you donate and shop, the more kitties they can save. This store was a great stop on an afternoon treasure hunt.
