I kinda wish I'd found them sooner.

The owner will not return any of my phone calls. They don't know when it's coming in, they had to place the order for the second time. On my other order that was done the same day. I'm still waiting for a loveseat and table. But they don't know when I'm going to get it. You cannot get anybody to answer the phone except for a wonderful lady named Mary who can't do anything but answer the phone. She leaves messages for the owner to call me back, but he does not call me back. I will never do business with this company again if ever I get to see my Lighthouse it'll be a miracle. Went back to pick it up and it was a completely different cabinet and color- something that you would buy at Hobby Lobby. When I spoke to the owner - she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Said she would order another one- I said at this point I didn't want the cabinet- as I drove 2 hours to pick it up. She said that she was ordering it anyway. I said that I would go to my credit card company to help resolve the issue. She texted and said if I did, I wouldn't get the cabinet or my money- that she had done this before and always won. When I disputed the charge- she lied and told the credit card company that I received the cabinet. I have spent thousands of dollars in her store over the last 5 years and will never shop there again and I tell everyone I know to steer clear. Still fighting the charge and will be going to small claims court.
