Once they got my money, communication became almost impossible. They rarely answer the phone, and when you finally do reach someone, the information you get is inconsistent and hard to believe. Be very careful when reviewing your final price before paying. They advertise "deal packages" and discounts, but extra charges seem to get added in unexpectedly. Make sure you read everything closely and verify every charge before signing or making payment. Customer service after the sale has been frustrating and unreliable. I expected honesty and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

There were several other desks, as well as a headboard, that I really wanted but didn't have a need for. I was already sold on this store because of the inventory and incredible prices. Then tonight we had our scheduled delivery with Jonathan -- he went above and beyond. He was incredible. He had not been told that we had stairs, and he single handedly carried the desk upstairs. A drawer wasn't coming out of the desk, and he got a lot of tools out from his truck and figured out what the issue was. Then he saw my husband unpacking a console for our kitchen, and he offered to help. We refused but he insisted, so we let him -- he got the thing set up (with our pathetic help where we could) in such little time. THEN, he saw that our new place had a light in the kitchen hanging ridiculously low, about 4 feet off the ground. He let us know that we could fix that, then he just went and fixed it himself!
