I live in a humidity controlled home. Instead of making good on the $250 slat cost refund, since I had bought an adjustable frame and didn't want the slats replaced for fear of breaking again, they would rather have me write a bad review. Poor quality, poor customer service. They do not stand behind their products. Manager's comments are "I can't do this"; "I can't do that". Don't let them fool you! Do not buy from Bassett!
