History
Established in 1999.
Kirna Zabête's Founder/Owner Beth Buccini grew up in Virginia Beach where she was named "Best-Dressed" in high school. In 1999, upon realizing that there was no great place to shop (SoHo was not the shopping mecca it is today!), Beth and her college best friend quit their jobs to open Kirna Zabête at its first location at 96 Greene Street. After maintaining the status quo for more than a decade, Beth Buccini and Kirna Zabête started making some big moves. In 2013 the flagship location moved to a larger space at 477 Broome Street, and by 2016 Beth had become the sole-owner of her growing business. In addition to its flagship location, Kirna Zabête can be found in Bryn Mawr, East Hampton, and Palm Beach. Beth travels to and from her four boutiques as a wildly influential force in fashion for the boldest and most stylish women.
