I scored a beautiful sparkly pink pair with the help of my friend Lorrisa for less than $25. My son really likes this store as they have the kind of Converse that he likes. And if he is happy, I'm happy. I wish they would have a rewards program. When I asked the cashier if they had any coupons online for Converse (that's where the coupons are now), she said no. Though I read a review of someone's a little while ago and they said there was a 15% one. (I honestly do't know if these coupons change or not month to month). In any event, that is why they didn't get a 5. So he was happy with his purchase -though after two days of wearing them, there is a defect in the laces and the laces broke. Since I don't live near there, I had to order the laces on Amazon for $6 so he would be happy with the same ones. read more

Love is patient, love is kind. Love is finding the Converse Outlet. I go out shopping with my 80 year old grandmother after she complains about me being too old to still be wearing "men's shoes." Maybe 10 minutes later I have her seated trying on shoes saying "oh these are so comfortable." She's just walking around the store in her sun dress that grazing her ankles pointing at whatever style catches her eye. What could be better then a pair of Chuck Taylors? Getting your granny a pair of unique Chucks for under $30! The classic white and black pair will run about $60 bucks. But everything else is cheaper and there is a decent clearance rack of unique items that are as low as $20. Most clerks were at the front of the store trying to ad people complete their purchases as fast as possible. Long lines both days I went to the store but they moved quickly. In addition to the shoes, a day earlier I checked out a pretty big selection of shirts selling for $5, socks, laces, bags, and hats. This was a great addition to the new outlet. read more

My favorite store at the outlet mall. Their clearance section is 40% off already discounted prices. I can get three or four pairs for $100.00. The employees go above and beyond to assist you. If you can't find your size they will gladly look in the inventory for you. I don't know why anyone would pay full price in the market. read more

This store is my happy place. Converse are my every day shoes. I have one in almost every color and when they start wearing out, I come in to replace them. This store has a great selection and even better customer service! I came in to replace my standard low top black converse. I did not leave with just that. They had a great clearance deal going on today. Somehow I left with several pairs of shoes, a t shirt, and a few tote bags! No regrets. It's great quality products, they are super comfortable, and they offer children styles too... because those little feet of course need to match yours. I also love the Converse socks that they offer. They are a must if you like their low top sneakers. They are low profile dont alkwardly pop out of the top like other socks. read more

Before I made my 54 minute car ride down to this store. I had called asking to exchange shoes that I didn't have a receipt for. The reason I don't have the receipt is because someone gave them to me for my daughter's birthday. (They are two sizes tooooo small). I was told I can exchange them. I got down there. Looked for the shoes and found them in the clearance. However, they were two sizes too big. I went to the cashier and said I wanted to exchange the shoes but they don't have her size. She asked if I wanted to return. I said I guess. I watch her scan the box and the price came up 29 And some change and than she changed it to add 50% off because they are currently having a sale. In all honesty I didn't want to get a return even before getting to the store. She told me because of the sale going on they had to mark down the price. So in my head I'm thinking - if I wanted to exchange the shoes for equal value shoes and they only want to give me 16 dollars towards another shoe - it would be a waste of time. They had nothing in her size in clearance. I even mentioned that twice. (They didn't care because they just told me that was all they could do and I could come at a later date to use it) The manager said because of the sale this is all they can do. I said I don't see why the sale is changing the current value of the shoes and he said something along the lines of "you see the situation for what it is and you don't want it but that's all I can do." Honestly, it's not the 16 dollar gift card, that I was never going to use. It was the fact I walked in and No one acknowledged me when I got there ( which is meh but I went on the hunt for a shoe to exchange ), No one offered to see if they had my daughters shoe size in the back (as I said twice her size wasn't even out in the clearance section), The cashier had attitude while I was in line waiting, They didn't even ask what her shoe size was! So the situation was doomed from the moment I walked in. They didn't try to give solid solution. So I took the shoes. Went to another converse, that greeted me when I walked in, listened to my story and they went to the back and did an EVEN exchange for my daughter. I'll probably drive the extra hour to go there from now on. read more

This store is very clean and well kept. Just wish that during the holidays they had more people out on the floor to help. There was an associate ringing and one looked like they were filling the floor. No one was walking around helping people. When I needed help I had to go ask the person ringing as the other was no where to be found.there seemed to be someone in the back we saw a few times the filler talking to someone in the back room.
