This was my third or fourth visit to this location, but I noticed the staff had completely changed since my last appointment. The esthetician who performed the HydraFacial was friendly and explained the process well. That said, after paying $200, I was disappointed with the results, my skin didn't feel deeply cleansed, and I could still see clogged pores. I understand multiple treatments may be needed, but for that price, I expected better immediate results. Honestly, I might consider doing it at home next time if the effect is minimal. Next, I had the lip filler procedure. The experience felt rushed and impersonal. When I asked the practitioner which product she was using, she hesitated and didn't want to specify the brand, which made me uneasy. If this clinic wants to maintain loyal clients, the team really needs to regroup and improve both their communication and customer experience.

Having decided to remove my implants ( which after 30 years got hard and out of place) and pay for an expensive surgery without insurance I needed to be a bit chatty to feel comfortable with the doctor that was doing the surgery. He was very personable, patient with me and I scheduled my surgery. He's just a breast and wound doctor, no nose jobs or facial stuff, and really specializes in getting patients bodies to a better place and have you feel good about yourself!

It's a small shop, packed with items, on a small street, about a block away from Mizner Park. They have a substantial mail-order business according to its owner, close to 40%, shipping items around the world. Frankly, I have purchased only one item in this shop for the 18 years I have lived in the area, and that is SAGE. (The owner won't be laying his rent off of my business), I practice (in some manner of speaking) smudging. I wave the sage in the air, walking around the house, not missing a spot. And while doing this, I say something like "God, I ask for your help to cleanse this house of any negative energy, making space for good, positive energy to occupy our home." My husband thinks I'm crazy, and he humors me, as he has done for 50 years, while I'm engaging in this ritual. I don't do this regularly, usually when I feel there's some negative energy around. Having recently turned the corner from being in a dark place for too long a time, I thought the time was right. And it was a few days before Yom Kippur, and I figured it could not hurt! His biggest objection is 1) "the stuff stinks", and 2) as the sage burns, some ashes fall off of it, and those ashes are like black soot (I guess it is soot), and no dirt is allowed in our home. And BORI, our pure bred adopted sato from Puerto Rico, also thinks it stinks (he sneezes a lot), and when I try to wave the sage near him, he runs away. My husband saw this and said "see, you always said he was smart!" I explain that the odor will dissipate (it always does) after it works its "magic", and promise to collect all the soot, which honestly, I never do. As an aside, I find that all the items are VERY expensive, but I have nothing to compare the pricing to. I'm just happy to be able to buy my sage, in a delightful little shop of wonders about 5 minutes from my home. The owners are wonderful, explaining every item in the shop. They also offer educational classes, which appear to be well attended. Check them out. I'm sure you'll be amazed and not leave without buying something. And don't forget to check it on Yelp to get your discount. Street parking is a challenge, but available.

The doctor took the time to carefully examine her and gave us an honest recommendation. He explained that she's still too young for the procedure because she would likely need anesthesia for laser treatment. Instead of rushing into it, he advised us to wait until she's around 10 years old, when the birthmarks may become less noticeable on their own and laser treatment would be easier and safer. We truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. It's refreshing to meet a doctor who puts the patient's best interests first instead of recommending an unnecessary procedure. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff was kind, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
