The pharmacy has the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Tanaris Rockhill should not deserve to have her license. A prescription I have been taking for years prescribed by a doctor that has practiced medicine for over thirty five years prescribed this medication. She denied filling this prescription "because in her professional and clinical opinion I don't need it ". This is a new pharmacy I went to because I moved and was closer to my home. I went back to my old Wallgreens that I had used for over 18 years and had no problems. Tanaris evidently wants to be a doctor instead of a pharmacist. I spend thousands of dollars a year on medications and other products at Wallgreens. Will never set foot in the store at Congress and Atlantic Ave in Delray Beach Florida again. read more

Pharmacy is managed by idiots. They arbitrarily close early the day before a holiday. So, you can get gum or soda but not important medications. In addition, medications are often out of stock, physician orders unfilled etc. read more

Blonde hair pharmacy tech was unbelievably rude. Walked over a mile to get syringes for insulin. She's at the window and says she's not giving out syringes tonight the line at window is too long. Well over an hour before they close I said I'd be happy to wait. She very rudely said absolutely not. Never coming here again. read more

I'd rate this pharmacy less than 1 star. The girl is so unpleasant, does not greet you, does not have any manners. She is not happy to do her job. Another lady came in yelling over the same pharmacy tech, so clearly something needs to be done. She also told me using my insurance vs paying out of pocket for my meds was the same price. I have used this pharmacy since moving to delray. It's always been bad. Now they are opening later then their posted times and the final straw was when I just called in and waited on hold for 30 minutes and then a woman answered and I could not understand what she was saying. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she said, "no I have to go" and proceeded to hang up. I understand staffing shortages, I work in an industry that is terribly effected, but medication is something that should be taken seriously. We all accept the long hold times, this is not ok. I need my medication to live, and dealing with this terrible customer service is a shame. read more

I spoke a male employee in the pharmacy over the phone who jerked me around when I first called. I ended up calling another Walgreens who confirmed that my son's ADHD prescription had been sent to this Walgreens. So I called again just to be told that this pharmacy no longer accepts my son's insurance. What kind of pharmacy doesn't accept state funded Medicaid?! So now, I've had to call his psychiatrist office and request that the prescription be sent to a Walmart pharmacy down the street from this Walgreens. & because his psychiatrist has a very large practice, it may take up to 24 hours just for Walmart to get his prescription. This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Went here for covid testing and the pharmacy manager, Gara, is extremely rude and incompetent at her job. When doing the PCR test she said it wasn't being put up high enough and that it might not work in the lab. I asked to her to make sure it was completed right since my flight was 2 days away and I needed the results or else I'd miss my flight. She let us leave knowing it wouldn't work. Came back to settle the situation and not only was she rude but NOT WEARING A MASK BEHIND THE PHARMACY COUNTER DEALING WITH COVID TESTING!!! Wouldn't be surprised if she contaminated people's tests as well! STAY AWAY and Walgreens better fire her or CVS here I come!! read more

The worst Walgreens ever, walked in to pharmacy to one customer and one extremely rude indifferent cashier! Asked for help with western union the cashier just said use the computer pointing to the side, I tell her I dont know what computer - she calls for help and it took forever and mind you the store was empty, and an equally dismissive manager asst manager was just as bad! never again. read more

Avoid avoid avoid. Slowest Walgreens in the entire county, state, country, world. Came in to do a return of 3 items I purchased 2 days ago down the street on all the same receipt and for some unexplained reason, it took over 20 minutes? She had to call the manager over multiple times and items were "not on file" when it is very clearly stated on the receipt. There is a line building at the one register open because the manager refused to open another register until the line was over 4 people. And trying to get money back from Apple Pay, which we paid, was also a source of great frustration as it was not an option. Sense of urgency was non existent as was prioritization The woman ringing us up clearly was not trained on how to use the register properly. An essential, basic job skill for any cashier. The woman who is always there is extremely rude and uneducated when it comes to the prescription rules on the state of Florida, she denied my presentation and told me i had to call my doctor and right it a different way. I have used this store for several months in spite of some bad experiences. I have been given other peoples medication by mistake, waited for long periods to get my scripts filled, waited in long checkout lines, and waited long periods for assistance from staff. People in my area seem to hold a low opinion of this store. But when I look at other Walgreens' reviews, most seem to have problems. Maybe I will check out the reviews for local CVS stores. read more

I sent a photo to be printed as a huge board which would be a $40 job and the employee tells me they had a note to print it but deleted the job so there's nothing they can do I have to send it again if I want my print. I really mainly come here for the entertainment factor as my prescription plan is no longer accepted by Walgreens, which is too bad because this store is within walking distance of my house. But there's usually some sort of drama going on - an employee lost their ID badge and is nervously running all over the place looking for it, or is having a bad day and cries while they ring up your purchases. Also, they sell some cheesy, entertaining products like teeth whitener that is being hawked by one of the Real Housewives of New Jersey or Celebrity Apprentice trading cards. Don't buy the IPhone USB Data Sync Charger Cable though, no matter how cheap it is, because the quality is subpar and it only works when it wants to. read more

every single time i go to this walgreens, i always have a problem with one of the girls in the pharmacy. she has no customer service and comes off very rude. my attitude is always based off hers so i think that's where we clash. i faxed over my 8 month old daughters rx to be filled and received a hostile phone call today from the store and returned the energy. i was fed up with that young lady so i called back to speak with a manager to let her know about the incident and to my surprised the manager exact words were "you are full of shit, you are ghetto, and we don't want you at this store if you are going to be ghetto" my thing is what makes me ghetto? b/c i don't talk the way they talk. i don't look the way she think i should look? i mean what makes me ghetto. this is a racist statment. it should not be used when speaking to customers and curse words shouldn't be used as well. especially when a curse word wasn't used from me. from looking at these reviews, this manager is always rude and disrespectful. and from the comment about being ghetto, i wouldn't put it pass her being racist. read more
