Then lady in front of me did a long return/exchange that took so long. I was buying for two separate households, but only thing for my house was cigarette lighters (a 2-pak). When Cashier (receipt indicates cashier was Abed) realized I was doing segregated purchase for two (2) different households he started to become very rude and started lecturing at me "you should have ...." but he stopped there never finishing his sentence about what he believes I- a cvs loyalty member- SHOULD HAVE done instead AND he decided to take the person in queue (the line) behind me before coming back to cash me out for the other four items, including a cvs lotion & hand soap, for my family member. I did not appreciate that he was rude and took the person, in line, before me before finishing with me but fir some unknown "cashiering reason" it seems he had to. He did not know how to make change from cash- NY first Cig lighter purchase- and had been arguing with me about how I did not give him .17 cents. I explained nicely to him that I did not have a nickel in my wallet so I gave him 2 dimes and 2 pennies in hopes he could give me a nickel. After I finished paying for credit card purchase for separate household and asked for a hard-copy receipt he (cashier) became even more agitated and refused to thank me yet I said "thank you" to him. Go figure. The store is cold with regard to its customer service as well as it's flooring as there is no typical carpeting in this store ... just a cold, bare floor. I will avoid this store for the timebeing. A lady in line behind me also had speakerphone on full blast. Store seemed chaotic.

If you call all you get is a machine telling you to use the app and then you can never get in the app. Let alone can the person 83 work the damn app. So when we call to set things up it takes over an hour to finally get to a human. Then forget trying to fax a script in they always say they didn't get it. I get once in a while things go wrong. But every month it's the same issue over and over. Then when we have a script that we tell them to stop filling and every month they call and say it's ready for pick up. Some of these meds if I would let the patient take would have not ended well. So that's about it for now. Sorry it's such a nasty post

I know eggs have gone up price wise in the last week or two, but their prices were nuts. Because we were here already, we did get a few necessities. And a bread I wanted had a long shelf life -- even though it was about $2* more than what I paid elsewhere just last week. Located in Boca Raton, this CVS is like any other I've been to: large, clean, and well-organized. I headed straight to the snack aisle and grabbed a bag of chips and a box of peanut M&M's. Then I went to the beverage cooler for two bottles of apple juice. The store was not busy, so I was able to check out quickly and have all discounts applied to my purchase. The 2x3 prints were submitted online for in store pickup. Onto the pickup experience -- front register directed me to the once-happening Walgreens Photo counter where NO EMPLOYEE attended for 15 minutes. Another customer and I grew impatient and we both went behind the counter to retrieve the photos ourselves. This finally got staff's attention and it took another 5 minutes for them to find both of our photos. The only reason one should go to Walgreens is if they have to for 2x3 prints or if this is your pharmacy for reasons beyond choice. Otherwise, don't.

It's big and ever since they did the remodel a number of years ago, I can't find a thing. I usually just go for health and beauty supplies and cleaning supplies. I find it much easier to order online and pick up. Since you can never find an employee to help you. This store exhausts me even with the app telling me what aisle to go to. Last night I stopped in for travel size toiletries for an upcoming trip. The prices were crazy. A 1 ounce container of shampoo was $8. The 16 ounce bottle is $16 so I'll be filling up my own travel containers. I noticed they started carrying some newer brands, but they seemed pricey. Check out was weird too. There are 20 registers and not 1 employee checking people out. Everyone had to line up for self check out. Which doesn't bother me, but if there are lines someone should open a register and help out.
