Located in Boca Raton, this CVS is like any other I've been to: large, clean, and well-organized. I headed straight to the snack aisle and grabbed a bag of chips and a box of peanut M&M's. Then I went to the beverage cooler for two bottles of apple juice. The store was not busy, so I was able to check out quickly and have all discounts applied to my purchase. I love picking up my prescriptions at CVS now. They have a Kiosk that all you have to do is input your name (and maybe your birth info) and it'll pull up the medications that ready for pickup. Once you confirm on the screen, one of the pharmacy techs looks at the screens and brings them over. No need to talk to anybody and no room for mis-communication. Very fast and efficient. For a pick item at night you need to grab they are great for this. I don't get prescriptions so I don't know anything much about the pharmacy. I shop this store all the time because the elder person I take care of has an insurance card here and the stuff he needs is all cvs brand. By what I see they have a great selection of generic items and they seem to be pretty good quality. Have not needed to interact with personal here so not sure how they are. read more

I had my 40% off coupon and I decided to stop in here to get some snacks.. This self standing CVS is big and the aisles are well marked above. I was able to find the snacks section promptly. I find their Gold Emblem generic label to be a good private label....they had a honey sriracha cashews that caught my eye, so I got them. I like spicy, so that was great. read more

This new manager Jessica is absolutely horrible at this she's coming from a smaller store to a 24-hour store trying to bring the same processes. The previous manager Brian was 10 times better than this person. The employees there do not like her. I think she definitely got this job because of the people she knows not the work she puts in she's constantly taking off days how can you be the manager and you're always off. She is constantly saying who she knows in corporate this seems to be a favoritism thing. People can't even voice their opinions because she's buddy buddy with human resources and who I think is the area manager. Attention needs to be brought to this person she is turning the store into complete crap read more

Poor management ... or should I say poor management skills. I was patiently waiting in the photo area. While the manager walked up fronted and waited on guests in the store check out. He continued to check people out as I waited and waited. After 15 min I asked for assistance. He said sure as soon as I am done here (his tone was irritated and unprofessional). He then continued to check people out who kept walking up to the counter. When he did approach me, he said "what do you need"? Well, what I don't need is your attitude and less than professional demeanor. He was even rude to folks trying to self check out! Zero management skills, zero patience, zero customer service skills (even worse for a manager). The manager of this store is not only rude beyond belief, he has now committed a crime. My fiancee went in to collect a MoneyGram, he processed the transaction (and we have the transaction number) and then claimed he had no money in the store to pay... she came back the next day (today), and he again refused to pay. She needs the money for her Childrens medical needs and all we can do is try to take a minimum of 3 months with MoneyGram to reverse everything and then prosecute this disgusting man. CVS has done nothing to help us at this point. I'm sure its just this one manager at this one store, but it is grand theft and nobody cares. Of course we are going to the police, but avoid this store no matter what... I have NEVER seen such corruption from a corporate store in my life! Update... This pharmacy needs an update. It feels pretty old fashioned. It's a big space but nothing feels nice about it. Even the machine that prints out the couple a is in a strange place - at the beginning of so random aisle- I think it used to be somewhere more obvious. It was not easy to fins someone to help me which I didn't love either. I was able to use my coupons easily which sometimes is a challenge at CVS. I sometimes visit this location when visiting other vendors in this strip. The signs are not always up to date with their promotions and that bothers me- I will get up to the counter and only if so am following g the checkout I might see BOGO 50% off. and the sign didn't say so. I like having my extra buck rewards as long as the store can help make it a seamless transaction. read more

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT PHARMACY I have been a customer for over 20 years. My doctor sent in a request for a prescription that they had filled in the past and they changed the price and told me that that prescription should last 90 days I told them that the doctor said it was for a 30 day supply and the pharmacist insisted that he was going to fill it the way he insisted .I told him that the medication would not last me 90 days and that it had to be for 30 days and he said "I will not fill any more prescriptions for you again in the store". I asked him to please speak with the doctor and he hung up on me. As far as I'm concerned this is malpractice and I will go further with this complaint and I advise everyone to be very careful dealing with this pharmacy. read more

This CVS Pharmacy has closed and reopened in a different location with the past few years, for some reason. Otherwise, they are very much like most other CVS's. They have a nice selection of holiday items depending on the time of year. They are open 24 hours a day except for the pharmacy department. They also are one of the few CVS stores equipped with a drive-in window. They are very typical of most CVS stores. They have an extensive selection of cosmetics and almost all over the counter medicines at very good prices. They are convenient to where I live, so that's the main reason that I use them. The staff is adequate. Parking is usually very easy. It's a nice store with many discount coupons given to customers with a CVS card. Happy discount shopping! read more

This CVS is located conveniently near my house, but the niceness of this place stops there. The prices are sky high, but then again we are in Boca. I fell ripped off each time I go there. $12 for a small antibiotic ointment, seriously, smh. I rather go to target or Walmart for more choices and better prices. The CVS card hardly has many benefits while shopping. Recently this plaza has expanded with the new Smoothie King and First Watch. They have increased the parking somewhat but people drive crazy in the parking lot. So be careful while parking before someone backs into your car. Don't get me wrong, I do go to the CVS when I need to for medicine or emergency nail polish remover etc. But I don't go for more than a few essential items. The customer service is fine and I check out pretty quickly. read more

I started going to this CVS because it's 6min from where I live. It's the best CVS I've ever experienced even in comparison to the all the ones I've been to in Pittsburgh. It's always clean and organized. The staff welcomes you upon the entrance to the store. The staff knows the store and their merchandise. And they're always friendly and cordial, eager to help. Honestly, I've never experienced a CVS that checked all of these boxes. It may just be CVS, but we go here more often than we think. And I'll keep coming back here for my prescriptions and last minute needs. read more

This CVS is fairly new. It's open twenty four hours, although the pharmacy closes at 9 pm on weekdays and 6 pm on weekends. When I go to a twenty four hour drug store I don't expect the pharmacy to close early. I have taken prescriptions there but I prefer the CVS on Beracasa because their pharmacy stays open later. What this CVS has that's convenient is a pharmacy drive through window. I don' know of any other pharmacies close by that have a drive through. Their location is next to Town Center mall, Publix Greenwise, and several popular restaurants. I can drop off a prescription before I go to eat and pick it up when I finish. I go there fairly often because they're the only CVS that's near me that carries my over the counter allergy medicine. Strange that the others don't have it. There's plenty of free parking. It's nice to know they're open if you need something in the middle of the night. read more

This CVS is so close to my house. I read all the reviews and can honestly say that my experience wasn't anything but 5 star!! I was asked twice if I needed help finding anything! The pharmacy had filled my scrip with a generic. I prefer the brand name and they switched it out immediately. Plus I didn't notice any bad smells. read more

This is a smaller CVS that is in the same plaza as First Watch. The photo lab is really bad I got reprints here once and the pictures were really faded. The store itself is usually fairly clean and if you just need a few items its not a bad store to shop at. The pharmacy has been good the couple times I have used them over the years. read more

He made us feel belittled in the way he spoke about our chip cards not working and their systems not accepting Apple Pay. The new store opened! It is large easy to shop and has everything and more. The staff is very nice and helpful. The Pharmacist is the best around if you have questions. They now are opened 24 hours.
