I wanted to update my review hoping I could give it a better score... 2 years later... exactly the same. This is my local store. It's big and ever since they did the remodel a number of years ago, I can't find a thing. I usually just go for health and beauty supplies and cleaning supplies. I find it much easier to order online and pick up. Since you can never find an employee to help you. This store exhausts me even with the app telling me what aisle to go to. Last night I stopped in for travel size toiletries for an upcoming trip. The prices were crazy. A 1 ounce container of shampoo was $8. The 16 ounce bottle is $16 so I'll be filling up my own travel containers. I noticed they started carrying some newer brands, but they seemed pricey. Check out was weird too. There are 20 registers and not 1 employee checking people out. Everyone had to line up for self check out. Which doesn't bother me, but if there are lines someone should open a register and help out. read more

When you make the effort to support a local brick-and-mortar store--like Target--instead of defaulting to Amazon, you're sometimes reminded exactly why so many people don't bother anymore. Today was one of those reminders. I won't be making that mistake again. I attempted to purchase an expensive vacuum cleaner at my local Target. The problem? It was wrapped in a security cord and locked away, requiring employee assistance. Simple enough--except there was no one around to help. I walked toward customer service, found an employee along the way, and explained that I wanted to buy a vacuum. He told me to wait in that section and said he would send someone to assist me. That never happened. After standing around for quite some time, I noticed a digital kiosk nearby with an icon labeled "CALL"--except there was no way to actually call anyone. At this point, nearly 30 minutes of my time had been wasted, yet I was still intent on leaving with a $400 vacuum. It's important to mention that in that time, I did not visibly see an employee. I returned to the front of the store and saw the same employee who had promised to send help. When I approached him, he appeared to have no memory of me or my request. I asked about the vacuum. He then told me--with attitude--to follow him so he could retrieve it, as though he were doing me a favor by allowing me to make the purchase. When I calmly questioned the attitude, he asked, "Do you want the vacuum?" I responded, again calmly, "Not with that attitude!." He immediately raised his hands, said "OK," and turned away. NICE! An excellent way to treat someone who made the effort to come into your store to support your business. Never. Ever. Again. And I'm sure I am not the ONLY one who feels this way. read more

I stopped at this Target to get some supplies and I was very pleased with their Men's grooming section. A big sign saying "Manscaped" welcomed me to the area to find grooming supplies. There were shaving supplies, colognes, after shave items, trimming and grooming items, and much more. The way Target displayed their specific departments and sections made it very easy and very pleasing to shop. A great clean and organized store. read more

I was in the grocery section and needed assistance with finding an item. I so wish that you allowed attachments so I could upload a picture of the person whom I experienced this from but since you don't, his name is Kyle. A Caucasian white male. The only reason I'm mentioning his race is because I think it was directly related to my treatment. He was assisting another Caucasian female, laughing with her and all so as I patiently awaited for him to end the assistance with her nothing prepared me how rudely he would be towards me. I proceeded to ask him my question and without even looking at me and walking away, he states, " well W4 or whatever is that way." What way sir and why are you walking away acting uninterested like you just didn't have a bell of energy assisting someone with excellent customer service that looked just like you? Even with me saying I was going to customer service to report him phased him not one bit! This is what we are dealing with in 2025 and the sad reality is it's only going to get worse! Companies should consider the individuals they hire represent the company values! Regardless of my race, I'm a consumer spending money. Your employees could affect your profits. Never forget that! This is a great Target location. Starting with the parking lot. Lots of covered parking. The store is well maintained and clean. We shop here for clothes mostly. Every once in a while we'll shop here for decorations or small furniture needs. The prices are always competitive, and the employees are for the most part helpful. On rare occasions...we'll also grab a few grocery items on our way out. As far as Target stores go...this one is better than most. read more

I am in shock right now. A Target cashier just told my TWO YEAR OLD son that he should be learning more English since he said "casa". I joked with the cashier "he means house-he's two and gets the languages mixed." She told him he needs more English at home. I told her he gets plenty at school. She told him "you should be getting more English there, too." "I can't understand half the people now." At this point another customer jumped in to tell me we should be speaking English because we're in America. He continued with his rant. Gee...thanks for putting me in this situation Target. Horrible management and Longest customer service lines! I wanted to return a 2 shirts my kids did not fit into or get to wear only purchased 3 months ago. Even with my receipt, they denied my refund claiming my items were washed. I ripped the tags off thinking they would fit, but didn't. This is absolutely uncalled for and they do not know their own policy's. ( look at photo attached ) I was completely turned away for two 7$ shirts that I was not able to enjoy for my kids. I am high dissatisfied and will not be a returning customer to this location. I waited until Memorial Day to go in and buy a TV. Half the tv's on display had no prices and there didn't appear to be any 'sale items' for the holiday. There was a girl sitting at the counter in the electronics dept and was doing something on her phone. I asked if she worked here because there was no uniform or name tag. I asked if she could come over to the tv's with me and she asked what I needed. I asked again to come with me to the tv's. She rolled her eyes because I actually asked her to work. I pointed to a number of tv's and asked why there were no prices. "We must be out of them" she responded. "Really? You're out of half the TV's? On Memorial Day?" she didn't know what to say so I pointed to another tv and asked her the price. She had no idea and told me she had to get someone else. I left and went to Walmart and got what I was looking for. But I held a summer job when I was a kid and learned everything I could about the products to assist customers. And that was before internet. I get the whole DEI thing but if you're going to hire people to fill a quota, at least train them. read more

Not a big fan of Target ... it seems suited more towards my spouse and her wants and needs. That said, this store must have been recently renovated and quite nice. The store had nice departments and segregated well. Only the woman's active clothes was in need of some serious cleaning and reshevling. It looked like a small tornado went looking for exercise wear and left no product unturned. The store also has a cool wine and liquor store, with a Beer Cave, attached the stores entrance. Didn't go in, but the bottles line a glass partisan that is seen into the store itself. There also appears to be a medical office that failed and needed a new tenant in store. All employees appeared nice and hospitable. Really liked the full shelves and clean store overall. Much nicer store than the Coral Springs location. read more

Called in for the optical side to get pricing based on my on my insurance. I'm not to aware of these things they are little bit confusing. But i spoke with a gentleman who was very kind told me he is not sure of them and put me on hold to speak with Berry she was very very disgustingly rude she kept telling based on insurances but i mentioned i had my member id and wanted to get pricing. She did not care and did not want to look up anything she just kept on saying based based based or maybe a discount . She's very very rude and i felt like i was bothering her by calling. Built a few years ago on where Kmart used to stand. Not that many people think of any Kmart as clean, but this location was disgusting (which is probably why customers were far and few between). This Super Target is such a welcome replacement. The store is kept immaculate. GROCERIES: organized and fair prices (cheaper than Wal-Mart) DELI: they don't carry Boar's Head but their own brand (Archer Farms) is quite good with fair prices BAKERY: the breads are good but it's the cakes and cupcakes that steal the show (delicious and very cheap compared to traditional bakeries or to Publix) CASHIERS: slow slow and slow (this is the only real let down here) PARKING: more than adequate (so big it didn't fill black friday or christmas) COLD CASE: pre-made sandwiches and other stuff near the deli (cheap and very good) SALES: always on and coupons giver with every purchase STARBUCKS: located right in the entrance... perfect ending ! ! ! read more

Target is an excellent department store. They have great prices on most items that they sell. Target will price match anything that you can find a better price for. You just show customer service the ad from the store with the better price and you get it! You can look up anything on your phone and they are happy to match the price. Target sells eyeglasses in some of their stores. They have beautiful frames at discount prices. They have an extensive selection of pet items, including many foods that are hard to find at very good prices. They have a complete grocery section, also at great prices. They sell TV's, cd's, dvd's, and computers. If it is near a holiday, this is the place to go for decorations, etc. There is a nice pharmacy with over the counter as well as prescription drugs. If you get the Target Redcard, (credit card) you receive a 5% discount over the already excellent price. I highly recommend Target for all your household needs! read more

I had ordered a box of contacts from 1800 Contacts, scheduled to arrive on 7/6. When I arrived in FL and checked the shipment status, they had pushed the delivery date to 7/11.... which didn't help me, as my flight out to Bahamas was on 7/8. Now y'all, I'm blind as a bat. This was not going to work. I called this branch and not only did they immediately tell me they had a pair of trials for me, when I showed up to purchase them, they gave them to me for FREE!! I believe one woman's name was Cheryl, or Sharon... the other girl was younger with dark hair and tattoos but I can't remember her name. They had me read my RX over the phone and were so nice!! After a long day at the hospital . I came to this target to get a couple of items. There was a sign for four cases of Diet Coke for $11 . I went to purchase the four cases. The lines were very long at the register so I went to the self checkout area. The correct pricing did not come up so they had called over a manager to correct the pricing she made me aware that the Diet Coke was not on sale meanwhile as you see from my post here is a photo of the diet soda on sale. The manager then proceeded to it struck me that they will not honor the sale price. After waiting on a very long line I do not feel to walk around the SuperTarget again so I requested the store manager bring to the front four cases of the diet Pepsi who they stated that was on sale. After waiting 15 minutes or so the radio the front and requested me to bring a card to them. Does that make any sense to you waiting in the front for 15 minutes then the request me to bring a cart no it doesn't. Made a quick stop for some last-minute holiday shopping and had a really pleasant experience. As I was looking for a gift for a friend, I noticed the mannequin wearing the perfect shirt, but I could not find this shirt on the rack! I was helped by a friendly employee named Jai who looked busy but did not hesitate to help me. She was able to stop what she was doing and helped remove the shirt from the mannequin so that I can purchase. Excellent service! When we were ready to check out, we waited in the self check out- which seemed long but moved rather quickly. When we were ready to check out, we had a receipt malfunction and were helped by Sue who was quick to resolve our printer issue and very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience during this chaotic holiday season. read more

I have never been to this location before but I was determined to purchase the same items I left in my cart in the CS Target. I am so glad I came here. And unlike the CS Target this location actually had employees! And they were helpful! And they had a Starbucks! :) I found every single item I left behind at the other Target without any problem. This store is clean, the employees are friendly & they have a great grocery section. Most importantly they had enough open registers to handle the busy Saturday morning crowd. Parking was easy & the location is great. This is my favorite Target & I will be back!!! read more

I like shopping at target as a post to Walmart because you don't find these attitudes at Walmart. Love this option of Super Target as opposed to the regular Target on Federal Highway. Yes, it offers the same as any Super Target however this place is huge with a nicely planned parking lot, very clean, lots of registers open with efficient and friendly cashiers plus I was in and out within 10 minutes.
