This is a great find. They don't have a huge amount of furniture in store, but still a decent amount, and quality too (read not Ikea). But do check their catalogs, that is where the selection and number of options opens up (options on rugs, furniture, fabric, accessories). The amount of fabric options they have for comforters, duvet covers, sheets, etc, is pretty amazing. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. No pressure to buy anything, only to explain items that we asked about and suggestions based on our questions. Sadly we didn't buy anything but on our way out one of the employees apologized that he forgot to offer us water, coffee or tea while we were browsing (we were there for a while). We had bought furniture there many years ago and were very happy with it . As a matter of fact, I still have the armoire which is still in excellent condition. My most recent purchase was a couch and the price was very reasonable. There is such a wide selection of beautiful furniture and the prices are so reasonable! Mark and Kevin have always been pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. There is no pressure to buy as you can stroll around looking at the items. I really prefer dealing with a mom and pop store rather than the big stores who really don't give customers that special attention like these 2 gentlemen do. We moved down from Long Island, NY and needed some furniture. We went to Rooms to Go & found nothing desirable! We were driving up Federal Hwy and in a small plaza we see Furniture World & although it appeared small decided to go in and OMG were we glad we did. We were greeted immediately with smiles & the size of the store was larger than expected. Looking around I was so impressed with the quality & quantity of his items they were wonderful! I recently had an issue where an item had a part issue and was out of warranty, I contacted the owner MARK, who was very responsive to my need and even though I needed a part which was out of warranty, he was able to obtain that part and did not charge me for the service.
