They literally provided next-day service, which is almost unheard of--especially during the holidays. This was for a surprise Christmas gift for my sister and brother-in-law (arguably the hardest people on the planet to shop for), and Campbell and Gary went above and beyond to make it happen on incredibly short notice. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely kind, patient, and invested in making sure everything was perfect. They worked quickly and handled every detail flawlessly, and truly delivered when it mattered most. Thanks to them, the gift was a huge success. If you're looking for outstanding service, beautiful rugs and carpet, and people who truly care about their customers, look no further. Campbell and Gary are the real deal, and I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know.

Mr. Campbell came over, looked at it and said he couldn't do anything about it, including the very obvious seam on the side of my bed in stead if on the bed wall where it always was put. .Im very distressed I have O.C.D. this will destroy me for the rest of my days in this house. And no I cant afford to replace the carpeting.I will give the company 3 stars and will NEVER reccommend them to anyone

The shelves were organized throughout the store, and shopping at this location in particular left an impression on me as an example of a well-run store and hardworking staff/associates. Great job with all of the hard work that you do there everyday re-organizing and keeping the store neat.
