    rooms to go delivered a dinette set (chesterman white 5 pc) and the table had a bad paint job - too…read morethin, needed another coat. one of the chairs was completely different - a blind person could tell the difference. the chairs had damage or defects in the paint job or workmanship. the delivery personnel got smudges all over the white furniture - transferred schmutz from handling dirty boxes, etc. got the table replaced, but still same problem. the chairs were changed twice. every chair from the 3 sets had issues with paint job, damage or workmanship defects. got our product and tax money back. rtg has not refunded our money. the gal at the store said that they successfully made the delivery. they successfully made mistakes and delivered junk. we should not have to pay for delivery of junk. we also bought a sofa sectional that we like very much and so far seems to be of fine quality and was delivered, handled and assembled with care. there is either now way to leave a review for products on their website, or there is no easy way to do this. also, the photos of the chesterman white 5 pc set do not show the extra, unnecessary and unused holes on the top rail of tge chair back. i pointed this out and suggested they put up photos showing the holes because showing without the holes is misleading or lying. no changes yet. i feel like it's rolling the dice when dealing with rtg. they are not responsive and gave me the runaround - online chat told me to call store and store told me to call corporate - which is customer service. no accountability and not doing the right thing. be prepared and be careful with rtg. i do not think i will buy anything from them again. sent from my iphone steve freiman 202-308-0219
