All you get is an automatic system CVS is truly an overpriced pharmacy that carries everyday items at waaaaaaaay above market pricing! I honestly HATE having to deal with this company, but apparently they're paying out the best percentage on drug sales that doctors and nurses can get. Managing Rx online is futile, taking way too much time while the website sends you in circles. Why can't the site just offer a straight up choice for delivery or pick-up? Last time I went to CVS to fill my daughter's prescriptions from quick care med was so frustrated with CVS response and their attitude I said I was not going back, well today I took my mom to urgent care for the start of phnemoia quick care called into CVS the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and and had me 38 hot, she is not a people person and shouldn't be working there I will not go back if my daughters medicine or my mom's is called in there I will go somewhere else and have it transferred, she was plain ass rude, if it wasn't for my mom going through cancer and now fighting phnemoia I would have showed my ass no more CvS fan and I won't be back or recommend them read more

This would have definitely been a one star had it not been for Marissa. I went to get my prescriptions at 6. I was told the store is closed and they weren't reopening due to power issues. Driving home later I saw that the store reopened. So I went in. I literally ran inside to get my prescription it was 8:02 I got to the counter. The one employee says sorry. We're done for the night. I asked her. But can you help me. I was here earlier. I'm two days without my meds. I said it's only 8:02. her reply ? It's 8:03 we're done for the night. It's all shut down can't help you . .....with an attitude mind you. I politely looked at another employee and asked. Can you help me please. I explained how I was there earlier, but the store was closed because of lost power . She asked for my info. It took less than 1 min... if it was a minute to get my meds and pay. If they lose the one employee who turned her back on me with the attitude . They're not losing anything at all. But if they lose Marissa. They will be losing a lot. This young lady went beyond taking care of the customer.Marissa was very polite and professional. When I thanked Marissa and walked away. I heard the one employee with the attitude , make a smart remark. I stopped and looked over just to see if Marissa would respond to the remark. . Marissa did not. She continued to do her work and didn't even acknowledge her co worker I was done with cvs tonight. Marissa's customer care is the only reason why I'm staying .... For now. If this particular employee has an attitude towards me and disrespects me next time. I will definitely be contacting corporate. And it won't be pleasant for the employee. read more

I have always loved this pharmacy. Quick, convenient and my medication is always ready to be picked up. They almost always send a text message when it is ready. I bring my extra care card with me to scan so that I get all of the coupons, I always find great deals! At this location they have so many things to choose from such as make up, vitamins, cards and even clothing. read more

I would give them a negative rating if that were possible. I normally get my scripts filled at Publix in Venice Fl but we were spending 4 months in Georgia and there were no Publix stores close so the pharmacist suggested that I transfer to CVS for our time away and then transfer back to Publix. I did this shortly after our arrival in GA. The first time that I asked for a refill on the website it came up that there was a problem with the prescription so I went to the store and was told they would have to call my doctor. That seemed odd since I knew there were refills on all of my prescriptions. After several times back and forth they finally said they had the new prescriptions so I stopped to pick them up and they weren't ready. I went and did some other shopping and as I walked up to the counter they closed the roll up down with a cheery we are closed for lunch for an hour!!! Long story short in 4 months I was able to get 3 out of 7 prescriptions filled and one was a 30 day supply instead of a 90 day. I was able to get 1 of my husbands filled out of 3 prescriptions. So back in FL I went in to the local CVS to pick up the prescription that I didn't have time to get before leaving GA and the pharm tech told me she would have to transfer the script from Ga and that would take an hour and they were closing at 3 due to an approaching hurricane (the storm was still 2 days out). I replied that I would be back in an hour which was 2 hours before 3. As I drove up to the store at 1PM I saw the sign on the door Closed at !:00 PM for storm. So now I am 1 week without the medication before the storm is over and power restored. I went online and transferred my prescriptions back to Publix and picked up the meds the next day!!! My absolute last time using CVS for prescriptions. Next year we will drive back to Florida to get prescriptions. read more

Yesterday at around 12:30 pm a prescription was called in on my behalf by my doctor to CVS, 2 S Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL. I did some errands and then at about 2:30 pm I called to see if the prescription was ready. I did a total of 3 calls and each time I was on hold for 5 minutes; however, no one picked up the phone. I decided to drive to the pharmacy. I was told they had no record in their system of my prescription .. so the clerk checked with a pharmacist. He said he was too busy with the COVID vaccine to check on prescriptions both electronically made and/or voice mails. I then asked the clerk what I should do about having my prescription filled as it was a much needed prescription. (not a refill one either where I might have a two day supply left) I was advised by the clerk, at this Deerfield Beach, FL, location to call the doctor back. I wondered why I had to call the doctor back since not checking voicemails or electronic prescriptions seem to be the issue with this CVS. I called the doctors' office back they were upset and had proof my prescription was "called in" to that pharmacy at around 12:30 pm. I then requested for it to be called into a different CVS. The CVS is located at 3580 N Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point, FL. 5 stars to them because they check both doctor calls and/or customer calls. They started to prepare it right away. Thank you to CVS at 3580 N Federal Highway, LIGHTHOUSE POINT, FL for treating prescriptions and/or vaccines of equal importance. How can the pharmacist at 2 S Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL make the determination that my medication is less important than preparing vaccines. Again I waited 2 hours before requiring about the status. I was at this store for maybe 20 minutes and during that time no one was waiting in their designated vaccine area for a vaccine. This pharmacist also did not leave his chair to at least check to see if my prescription had been "called in" or at least acknowledge me and say give me a few minutes to check. read more

This is a general review for this store's pharmacy and every other single CVS pharmacy I had the displeasure of going to in the last 10 years! Pharmacy staff is generally flat out RUDE. Period! Whatever happened to Service Excellence in America?! Or, at least, CVS, invest a little bit on training. Or, yet, be more strict at recruiting! Hire people that enjoy working with the public, or, at least, that have the minimum concept of good manners! Taking my business elsewhere! read more

This is by far the worst CVS for Covid testing. I did the PCR Rapid-Result test and I am still waiting on my results from 6/11. They just finally posted my results from 6/3. They are the closest but the other CVS got me my results within 24 hours. read more

CVS comes through again as the place to buy wine when you're traveling. Cupcake wines at $8.99/bottle, when California wines elsewhere easily go for twice the price. Good place to pick up snacks too, but it would be REALLY great if they carried pastry type items for the morning...the closest I could find was Tastykake Pecan Swirls. So many people stay in condos here and don't want to go out to breakfast. Come on CVS! read more
