This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.

I told him I wanted an upgrade and asked if I had any discounts. He disappeared for 10 minutes, came back and told me my only option was to pay full price for the phone over 36 months. I asked him if he was sure about that, I asked specifically if I had any rebates. He said he was sure and I walked out. I went to the store on BBB and Lyons the following morning, they mentioned my rebate right away and set me up with my new phone which was $600 over 36 months. Read the reviews. The Congress Verizon store is awful. I felt like I was being sold a used car. Stay away. This store is a joke. Update after owner response. Don't tell me your store has standards.
