I told him I wanted an upgrade and asked if I had any discounts. He disappeared for 10 minutes, came back and told me my only option was to pay full price for the phone over 36 months. I asked him if he was sure about that, I asked specifically if I had any rebates. He said he was sure and I walked out. I went to the store on BBB and Lyons the following morning, they mentioned my rebate right away and set me up with my new phone which was $600 over 36 months. Read the reviews. The Congress Verizon store is awful. I felt like I was being sold a used car. Stay away. This store is a joke. Update after owner response. Don't tell me your store has standards. I was almost blatantly ripped off by your sales person who led me to believe I didn't have a rebate. HE WALKED INTO THE BACK OF THE STORE FOR 10 MINUTES AND LIED TO ME. He gave me a quote with basic information on it. I felt like I was buying a used car. Ive been a customer of Verizon for 25 years. I've upgraded at various Verizon stores and this is the first time I've seen anything like this. Are you serious with your response? You'll look into this? For me, buying a phone from a corporate store offers far better benefits than purchasing from a non-corporate location. Ryan was the representative who helped me and he was terrific. He devoted his time to make sure everything was in the cloud and then installed on the new iPad. I bought a couple of accessories from him such as the screen cover to protect the glass and also the Case. I was concerned about the price which was extremely high and compared on Amazon, which of course was cheaper, but it did come with a full guarantee for life and I know he would the screen cover on properly that I wouldn't make a mistake. When he went to charge me the price on the register,It was $100 less money and he also waived the $40 fee for his service because I was buying the Accessories from him. There was an issue with some of the emails not coming through. So I went home and the next day everything installed properly before returning the old iPad to Verizon through UPS I went back to Victra and Ryan helped me make sure that everything on the old iPad was wiped clean. He had a great attitude and was a lovely man to help us. I highly recommend going to the store.

This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.
