This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.

The foreign representative must be working in a large open room where 100 other people are all speaking at the same time - very difficult to hear or understand what is being said between the broken English and background noise. Adelese quickly checked me in and I only waited about five minutes. Andre came to assist me, and he put my screen protector on for me. I am just not good with these things. He processed my payment for my car charger, screen protector & a few other things I needed. He was awesome. Very helpful & more importantly, very nice to work with. Adelese was amazing as well. She transferred my contacts, pictures, etc & she answered all of my questions. By the time I left the store I felt like I made a new friend. Adelese was very good at explaining some of the phones features to me & she was knowledgeable about my new phone which was a huge relief to me. I am technically challenged so I can use all the help I can get. The store is clean, most of the employees were wearing a mask and they all worked together as a team. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service I received this morning. I went from using an ancient S7 to the new S22 & I love it. I have been putting off my upgrade for a few years because my S7 was and still is working beautifully. A little slow but I loved that phone. This is a corporate store so you will be in good hands. Appointments are not mandatory anymore but I highly recommend making one. It's just easier, in my opinion anyway. I noticed the reviews aren't very good but I have only had positive experiences here.
