I just went into the store to speak with an associate about my device, and L.T. was the one to give me a hand. He was able to help me pick out a new device, ensure I had the appropriate charging device, a good screen protector, and showed me how to restore my back-up so I didn't lose all my photos and contacts. He even made small talk with my dad while we sat around waiting for the system. He got me a new SIM card, and WOW, the service is incredible! I didn't even know what 5G was, I can't believe how much faster my pages will load when I'm using it in the same places I did a week ago. It's night and day. I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of phone service I received, and the level of customer service I received in the store deserves to be commended. As a former Restaurant General Manager, I fully comprehend how important it is to make sure your customers leave happy and to keep the business flowing, and these guys did just that. When I walked in TODAY because I had forgotten one of my items, they recognized me, addressed my concern immediately and resolved the situation without having to ask anything of me. BOOST MOBILE SERVICE drops calls and wifi constantly and even though..they did a service check to check the area, and they said it was a compatible area , my service is horrible.I get texts two to five days later and they all come in at once and we dont know when they were even sent and its after the whole weekends over?!?Boosts Customer Service Team is more horrible than the Store that sold the phone,they dont understand when you speak plain english and just keep referring you back to the store after they have you do ten different technical tests on your phone.We paid almost 300.00 for a phone that barely works.The whol ordeal with Boost has been beyond horrible! Noone should have to spend over 35 hours on the phone to get a service that was paid for and promised to them.
