    We've been Verizon customers for over a decade and always receive wonderful customer service each time we've stopped in. Today's visit concerned my wife's Galaxy S8, somehow her screen had disappeared and gone black. It was such a simple fix, I felt like a dum dum after the associate used the slider at the top and brightened the screen. He was so nice and helpful.

    I'm sure I'll get great customer service when I'm serviced but it's 748pm and I've been waiting done a bit before 7 for someone to help me with my cracked screen. As an onlooker, it looks like they really service their customers but the wait is ridiculous.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER PRICED until you threaten to leave to another carrier.. then you get a call from Customer Loyalty..., BIG JOKE.. only to return to POOR service!! Forget international coverage. You pay $10 per day, spend hold time letting know the day you want to start the $10 per day ... then you spend hold time telling them you're back home BUT... the first 2 days of your trip is wasted texting or @chatting g" live via text with tech after tech ... only to do it again when you get home. I EAS NOT ABLE TO CALL MY 85 yo MOM OR MY SON ON CHRISTMAS DAY. I have been on the phone since 5:30 AM this morning it is now 725 and I still cannot make outbound calls from my home here in the United States done disgusted the worst customer service ever

    I'm still waiting for service in the Verizon store.

    just changed autopay on my bill and was charged $60. no idea what for, so now i have to waste my time dealing with hhe crooks.

    I purchased a 55 inch television and mounter . The sales clerk was friendly but he kept trying to…read moresell me things I didn't need. He gave me a delivery date and time slot 2:30-6:30. There was no show and no call. I called them to see what was happening to my delivery, as it was already 6:45. I was told it was rescheduled for delivery date a week later. No apologies unprofessional I wasted my Saturday afternoon and then he proceeded to blame me! Worst experience. I'm so disappointed, I have bought laptops and security systems with Best Buy. Never again, time to take my business else where

I hope to prevent others from a pain or hassle while handing over their money and expecting to receive what has been paid for Yesterday the washer was delivered with NO dryer! I was not provided any kind of update from Best Buy , but was informed by the 3rd party delivery guy that the dryer was not in stock and was scheduled for a later delivery day. As the dryer was physically purchased in store.... this makes no at sense! it's been over a week and then we find out there's more delay!!! The worst part is that when we finally got them on the phone, a man who barely spoke English and obviously, he either, did not understand it either, or pretended to and only tried to get the phone call off the line and out of the queue. When he repeatey failed to acknowledge or provide proper assistance or answer any questions or do ANYTHING but seem incompetent and lacked accountability, concern, or active listening skills, absolutely ZERO desire to resolve or assist! he could not even identify what he was much less how to do it he wanted to give a generic answer with no relevance and rush off the call. Where I lost my a supervisor was requested (at least 3-5 times) and the rep put the call on hold and said things that were not applicable or helpful. I was refused an escalation! I don't have my dryer or any updates as to why I don't! I was denied an escalation and transferred to a different dept and rep instead! He said he was getting a supervisor and when he finally implied he was going to... He said he was transferring I said where he did not answer and just transferred anyway knowing it was not a supervisor or manager... just a different department. This is unacceptable and this rep should not be working with customers anywhere! i went to Best Buy instead of a no name company to avoid this sort of thing! Best Buy.... this guy makes it more of a Best Lie. Go to alternative retailers for your appliance purchases if you need them sooner than later

    Terrible terrible service!!!!! My mom told me to come to this location to buy a rice cooker because…read morethe selection was vast and the prices were the cheapest she has seen. So I come here with her and we are looking at the rice cookers one employee and older gentleman was helping us and we looked at it and we took a few out of the boxes to check the product. That's when the service went terrible. Another young gentlemen comes up and says what are we doing and that we can't open up the boxes if we do we have to purchase it. Even though it looks like others have done it as well. I told the gentleman we were sorry we didn't know we couldn't open up the box to see if the product if it was ok and his response is we can open it for you and show you. And then he starts going on what are you going to do open all of them to check?? I told him we were sorry there is no reason to be rude about it. He just kept telling us that if we open it we have to purchase and if we were going to open all of them. I decided that if this is how we were going to be treated I would take my business elsewhere. I went down the street and bought the exact same rice cooker at Hong Kong supermarket for 10 dollars more. I would much rather pay a little extra than have to deal with that A-hole of an employee. We didn't do anything wrong we put things back nicely we didn't deserve to be talked to that rudely. It was in the middle of the afternoon there were no one else in the store you just lost a sale.
