I was happy to sent them a small travel fee online for them to drop their plans and help asap. Our tech found us and got straight to work he just needs somewhere with a flat top and a plug! Unfortunately the device broken needed a special screen component that had to be ordered. We were very sad because we had to attend a conference at 9am! MAD CLUTCH. He showed up at 9am and got the phone fixed with the new part! We were a couple min late but able to do the job finally. I paid $160 for a screen repair and $80 for a battery replacement. Immediately after leaving, my phone overheated and kept having battery issues. While I was overseas, the phone continued to fail,it wouldn't charge, kept short-circuiting, and became a fire hazard. Another repair shop confirmed the Dallas tech had: installed a fake battery, damaged the motherboard, broken Face ID, messed up magnetic charging, and replaced the screen with plastic, not OLED. I asked for a refund or to cover the secondary repair. He refused responsibility. This is a fraudulent, unsafe, and incompetent service. Do not trust him with your phone.

Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.
