The reason for the loss of stars is that the manager is a little too aggressive with sales. He is always asking me to preorder something or to preorder something I don't need. Also there is a little bit of an odd smell. Overall its a good store and the manager actually is pretty knowledgeable about the games just wish he would take it easy with the sales pitch.

Previously have had a decent experience here, however, today we went in and purchased three 4K…read moremovies. The guy searches and searches for the disc's, and then goes back to the aisles and comes back and rings them up. We immediately check the discs and realize there are only blu-rays inside the cases. We tell the guy and he says, sorry, only store credit it's on the receipt.... um you just deceived and cheated us. Be very careful of what you are being charged for!

The store even had the old school Atari game console with the fake wood trim. I don't know what it is called but I know I had one and it was about as advanced as I ever needed. The staff tried to make it all make sense to me. I do appreciate their effort but there is no hope for me . Who knew there were so many gaming consoles. They also have vinyl from the most amazing game soundtracks, local traditional art, stickers and decals as well as plush and accessories from your favorite games. They even have a console museum in the rear of the store that displays all the old gaming systems. The taller man who seemed to be giving the bids on goods offered me a "courtesy" bid of $20 on ALL of my items. I will try and list pictures/links for as much merch as I need to prove my point. I brought my stuff packed in a double rifle case. It included a Magpul rifle sling, a ATI ghillie camo poncho, 2 boxes of shotgun ammo, and 11 different video games that were WII and Gamecube games. He said he couldn't offer me more on the case because they give them away. I understand.... I used to work in the industry. When we sold rifles/shotguns we would give away the single zipper cheap-o-depot rifle cases. This is not that..... I told the gentlemen that my rifle case was $120, he to my face said "No it's not." without even verifying on his computer. Everything went normal until I arrived home and discovered that my fairly new headphones had been replaced by some worn outdated phones. The entire system was fairly new. They did show me a video where the items were pawned. Augumentally it was indicated that the headphones pawned were the one given back. .I left the worn headphones and realized how valuable a review of this situation will warn future customers. Take pictures of all items pawned. If it's new..insist they Indicate that on the description section. I will never trust this location again.

She helped me enroll in the reward program, which thankfully had none of the red tape or extensive mining of personal info most places try and squeeze out of you. Prices here are straight up average, which is a good thing. You're not getting clearance bin junk, and you're also not getting shrinkflation. The prices for books and magazines are also already attached to the books and magazines themselves, printed on the front or back cover, so you'd be able to tell if they were marking up like so many other places love to do.
