I don't know if they're refurbishing these controllers and selling them as new or they are just selling old left over controllers but this is ridiculous. Then when I tried to get a replacement an associate suggested that maybe I was putting too much pressure or my joysticks. I've been gaming for 30yrs... I've never had this many issues with controllers. Also I bought some led strip lights from here and those didn't work either. I returned and got my refund. Worst game stop I've EVER been to. The reason for the loss of stars is that the manager is a little too aggressive with sales. He is always asking me to preorder something or to preorder something I don't need. Also there is a little bit of an odd smell. Overall its a good store and the manager actually is pretty knowledgeable about the games just wish he would take it easy with the sales pitch.

My sister called the store and the employee that answered stated that they were giving tickets out but did not specify that we had to come get a ticket and a yellow sticker on the receipt. They decided to do a "10 PM" release and one of the guys who was there ( I think the manager) decided to tell us that we couldn't get the game at all if we didn't get a yellow sticker. This is a huge slap to the face since I pre ordered in February only to get told this at all. Lost about two hours of my time. The store even had the old school Atari game console with the fake wood trim. I don't know what it is called but I know I had one and it was about as advanced as I ever needed. They also have vinyl from the most amazing game soundtracks, local traditional art, stickers and decals as well as plush and accessories from your favorite games. They even have a console museum in the rear of the store that displays all the old gaming systems. Even if you purchase NOTHING it's a fun place to go and explore but you'd be a fool to not get anything. Priced to sell and pretty fair. PRO TIP: Also if you are having issues with a disc game playing, they charge a very small fee to resurface discs!
