I don't know if they're refurbishing these controllers and selling them as new or they are just selling old left over controllers but this is ridiculous. Then when I tried to get a replacement an associate suggested that maybe I was putting too much pressure or my joysticks. I've been gaming for 30yrs... I've never had this many issues with controllers. Also I bought some led strip lights from here and those didn't work either. I returned and got my refund. Worst game stop I've EVER been to. The reason for the loss of stars is that the manager is a little too aggressive with sales. He is always asking me to preorder something or to preorder something I don't need. Also there is a little bit of an odd smell. Overall its a good store and the manager actually is pretty knowledgeable about the games just wish he would take it easy with the sales pitch.

Well how else am I suppose to know it didn't work without opening it. Thank God it wasn't a Christmas gift cuz it would of been past the 30 days to even ask for a refund. I had to go home, research corporate office info, spend nearly two hours on the phone, go back a 3rd time just to get my money back. It's a shame really. I grew up on Electronic Boutique. Now they did have another Scorpio edition Xbox but obviously they had a bad batch. I wanted a regular one and they didn't have and wanted to put me on a waiting list. The store even had the old school Atari game console with the fake wood trim. I don't know what it is called but I know I had one and it was about as advanced as I ever needed. The staff tried to make it all make sense to me. I do appreciate their effort but there is no hope for me . Who knew there were so many gaming consoles.
