That being said, we're regulars there and visit at least once every 1-2 weeks. As for the staff, they've never been rude or unhelpful to me. (I don't know if they treat me different because I'm a regular, but even after not visiting for several weeks they're still nice to me.) I've had issues like not being able to find an item or wanting to return something, and they're always speedy and helpful. Even when I do somewhat complicated things like special order an item from another store in their chain, they don't act rude or unhelpful to me. As for their selection, I'm usually able to find something I want there. They carry all sorts of different items- games and accessories for various platforms, movies on DVD and Blu-Ray, music on CD and vinyl, comic books, collectibles, board/card games and accessories, anime/manga, and even older toys. If they don't have something you want, they'll special order it for you from another store of theirs and, if it's not available at any store in the chain, they'll order it for you off Amazon. Special orders can either be shipped to your local store for pickup or just can be shipped to your house. So in total, I give Movie Trading Company a 4 out of 5. They're not perfect, I do have some pet peeves with them that i've listed in this review, but overall I still really like the store and love to shop there.
