I've spent hundreds of dollars here but have never once been able to use my cards. 1) Card can't be used the same day you spend $100, have to come back 2) If you comeback and have an older card, they won't accept, 3) If you have more than one card you have to come back to use them individually, 4) Actual discount is only 15% off ONE item (under $100) while every other store gives a set dollar amount off from points earned, so cheap! Both employees got mad at me for trying to use my cards, owner refused to reply. No respect for regular customers.

In party day I got a text about 30 minutes before they would be late to the party because they were having generator issues. Ok, no problem, I understand machines can break, so I said what time do you think you will be here? I do have to entertain kids at a party after all. Once again no response. Finally I hear back they aren't going to make it because they got a new generator but the driver of the van left with the keys. The reason for the loss of stars is that the manager is a little too aggressive with sales. He is always asking me to preorder something or to preorder something I don't need. Also there is a little bit of an odd smell. Overall its a good store and the manager actually is pretty knowledgeable about the games just wish he would take it easy with the sales pitch.

Arkansas in Arlington, Texas…read more With the stricter guidelines we're all having to adjust to because of CONVID19 it's been rough on business owners, employees, and consumers. The staff at this GameStop are doing a phenomenal job servicing customers. They politely guide customers to keep that 6 ft distance, enforcing the one person per family to enter, answer all the questions consumers have regarding products, and sanitizing all surfaces touched by customers including the door upon entering and exiting. The associates at GameStop really made my day. I was able to get a replacement part for my system, and I felt that the employees were doing everything they could to provide the safest environment possible in these difficult times. The whole staff deserve a raise when businesses get back on track.
