It doesn't help the environment, but I do prefer to hold a book in my hands. I try to buy used! But Barnes & Noble has always been a refuge for me since I was a preteen. Went into store in a panic because my phone had lost connection to cellular so i took to geek squad…read morewhere they fixed the part said take it home and set it up and sent me on my way. Get home and I'm unable to set it up because STILL no cellular so i brought it to ATT Saginaw where i was helped by Preston and Justus who did absolutely everything to help me and got my phone fixed and dialed in and ready to go! I suspected that the one who added me was the person who received my old phone (trade in) the next day. and I believe that was the store manager. as he took a bit longer to give me a printout of my copy of the receipt and in addition, I only got page 1 out of two. I believe that page 2 had that information about the anytime upgrade. So, keep an eye out of shady stuff that can accrue in your account if you shop here for a new phone. This would of been a good review if it wasn't for that.
