The coolest store I've ever been in!! I totally geeked out and bought more than I planned to buy much less than I wanted!

We were sooo excited to come here. I mean it's the coolest store! Lots of great photo opportunities. If there's something Star Wars your looking for and don't want to buy online this is a great place to try to find it. But the store & staff don't offer much outside of the cool factor. The animal items are the same items off of Chewys. The tshirt selection is small. Most household items you could find at another store like LunchBox with a larger variety. Most of the jewelry (at least that I liked) was for kids. What really sealed the deal for 1 star was the customer service and photo attached to the review. I understand no returns or exchanges. That's normal and expected at a store like this. But we wanted to buy helmets, so looking to spend close to $400 in the store that day but they didn't have any helmets outside a box and wouldn't let us see them before purchasing. If it's like a $10 toy helmet and I can't return, fine. But at almost $200 per item and we can't see what the item in the box is, no. It could be empty or a completely different/damaged product for all we know because it's fully inside of cardboard. If it's a figurine where you can fully see the product from inside the plastic package, I totally understand not agreeing to taking it out of the packaging. But if it's fully enclosed in cardboard & you don't have any on display to see quality or sizing of the item, how am I supposed to inspect the item fully before purchasing since there's no returns. On top of the policy that wasn't great, the communication from the associate was that we were bothering her. She could've cared less about the sale. Overall if you want to see cool Star Wars stuff and take pictures this if you're place. If you want to buy collectibles. Do it somewhere else. The reason this gets an extra star is because it is an all Star Wars store and it's so cool seeing nothing but Star Wars. Brings me back to the early 2000s. With that being said that's where the fun stops. You have to go leave the building and go back or the front to use the restrooms. Makes no since why it was designed this way Secondly and most importantly you will be spending way more money than you need to. Their pricing is way off. I'm not talking about a couple dollars I'm talking about double to triple what an item is worth. My advice to new collectors and especially parents is to see what you or your kid wants and then look the item up online. I guarantee you that you'll be saving yourself a ton of money. Just an example of an item and I promise you there are plenty more. There was an item that retailed for 50-60 bucks after shipping and taxes and was being sold at this store for close to 100 dollars after tax. That's almost a double mark up. The item in question is the vintage collection phase 1 clone trooper pack and is being sold on eBay and Amazon for around 45-55 dollars. If you're looking to buy from here be ready to pull out your wallet and maybe your friend's wallet too. I've been buying here for years when I was 12,13,14 etc. I recently came in to sell my Kenner collection of about 50 figures and rare in box playsets from the original trilogy movies, before I could even utter a price, I was met with frustration from the owner of the store, he claimed that one of the lightsabers to my vintage Kenner figure was a reproduction, I had no knowledge of this as I only bought from a few stores including theirs! I explained that we could set those aside and I had playsets complete as well and I was told my business was not welcome there and to have a good day, all the while this man claiming that it would take him all day to look through my ~10 or so accessories, even though it took him 5 seconds to spot one. Terrible customer service, the ironic thing is I bought a lot from him so I guess his own products are repros then. Literally at least half the accessories I bought from him directly a few years back but he wouldn't listen. Was disgusted by the dismissiveness and cynicism thrown at me for something that I'm apparently supposed to be an expert on. Would not recommend unless you want to buy expensive repros here. I feel like if I said anything else the cops would've been called is how much his attitude changed from his original "niceness". Also it's dumb Yelp won't allow 0 stars so I guess it's a 1 read more

Okay I am a die hard Star Wars fan, So upon hearing about the Holocron store I had to make it a point to visit. Well to be honest..IT EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Yeah I pretty much lost my mind, I was like a kid in a candy store as I explored and took in Holocron's vast collection of all things Star Wars. I was very impressed with the tidiness of the store, the layout was easy to navigate and merchandised quite well. The staff was very knowledgeable about the Star Wars franchise, and seemed to enthusiastically embrace their jobs and being able to assist. I noticed some folks in reviews complaining that they're pricey, but my thought is: Compared to where? Sure, it's pricier to buy someone a random toy here than at your average Target... but even then, not by much. And if you price match many of these things online, you'll almost definitely find similar pricing for what is sold here. This store sells COLLECTIBLES, and toys that fall into that category just happen to be pricier more often than not. And if you're looking at the $599.99 original limited edition toys from the 70s, YES, that is expensive, but that's what they go for. It's crazy but true. Proceed with caution if purchasing an item that needs to be functional. We bought a limited edition (and expensive) nerf gun there as our son's big Christmas present. It was sealed in the box, and they don't allow you to open boxes. He was so excited when he opened the present but absolutely devasted when he realized the nerf gun was broken. The store does not do refunds or exchanges, so his heart was broken again. I can understand not accepting refunds or exchanges when someone changes their mind, but not when they sell you defective merchandise. The manager who helped didn't seem to care and we tried to reach out via their website but were completely ignored. We wanted to shop small this Christmas but feel like we were burned. read more

Rude. The customer service was horrible. We went in to do some Christmas shopping and were treated appallingly. I'm a dog lover and they had a dog behind the counter, a beautiful dog, I was pretty excited to see the pretty baby. I was attempting to kill some time while my wife was getting her nails done. I went into the store, maskless. I was about 10 feet into the store, when this guy said "Hey..HEY BUD", you can't be in the store without a mask. I kind of smiled, and I asked him if he knew what state we live in...no mask mandate. This individual was very rude and disrespectful. So, I pointed out that their were other people not wearing a mask, and I turned around, went to my truck, got a mask, and went back inside. Asked for the owner's name and phone number. This same individual told me no! That I wouldn't want the owner to come down here. Then I was told I was trespassing, and he was calling the police. I waited for the police to arrive. One officer went in, MASKLESS, twice, while I talked to the other officer. I explained that this is NOT an issue of wearing a "mask", but an issue of rude and offensive behavior. I was given a "warning" notice, that if I ever come back, I would be subject to arrest. I never did get the name/phone number of the owner, or how to escalate a customer service issue. The officer said, the store, was not requierd to do so. Notes: I'm a 60 year old male. I don't let my grandkids talk that way Never been arrested I'm aware the business is private property. The issue was the representative's approach, and attitude There were other people in the store WITHOUT MASKS, INCLUDING THE POLICE OFFICER....TWICE I showed the representative my covid card, where I had been vaccinated. They have so much - hard to find toys, collectibles, costumes for your pet, vintage toys and so much more. We walked out with some action figures my man was missing in his collection and a porg on board sign and stuffed animal for the car. Bought a Star Wars Black Series figure through their website. They have rare and great selection of figures and collectibles. Some of the prices are reasonable. The price for my Black Series was reasonable. The shipping was fast and the packaging was done really really well. They don't do exchanges or returns. I do want to note that my Black Series box had internal damage as if my figure was taken out of the box and put back. It was a bit disappointing as a collector, especially when everything was great up to the product itself. read more

This store has everything Star Wars related but I wouldn't buy anything that is vintage and from the original 1977-1985 line from them. The reason is that they have no prices on their figures, you literally have to pull it off the peg and take it up front and they have to Text their "Price manager" to find out a price. I was looking at a 12-back 1977 carded R2D2 and was waiting 15 minutes for the "price manager" to respond to the employees text. I finally left.... If you can price your rare items that tells me you just price them according to current ebay plus a percentage price. Bad business practice not knowing and having your products prices labeled. All I have to say is wow. It takes a lot for me the One Star Bandit to not give a place a low score. The first time I walked into this place I was blown away. We thought this was a normal toy store but it is an explosion of star wars amazingness. If you are even remotely interested in Star Wars this is the place to be! They have so many different things in the store that are worth looking at. It seems like they specialize in action figures but they do have plenty of other odds and ends. Recently drove by this place and the words "toy store" caught my eye. I decided to circle back later that afternoon and check it out. This place has plenty of parking, be sure you walk to the door facing the parking lot and not the one towards Vickery. Upon walking in, I was amazed that this store is solely a Star Wars store!! Amazing!! Worth a visit from any Star Wars fan. Largest collection of Star Wars toys I'd ever seen and they're all organized into different collections throughout the store. Their vintage graded area is like a mini-museum and time capsule for anyone wanting to take a trip back to the 70s and 80s. Wow! This place has one of the largest Star Wars collections I have seen in one place. Looks brand new, family run and plenty of new and old Star Wars figures. A toy store just purely for Star Wars!! We have passed this place a couple times and I always wondered about it. So yesterday day we took a leap of faith and stopped by. SO HAPPY we did. If anyone is a huge Star Wars fan like my husband you will love this store!! We both we so amazed walking in, there was so much to look at. And they greeted us with beautiful smiles and asked us if we had been before. They explained the store to us, from vintage to new age toys for the kids today. It was pure AWESOME!!! Attended the grand opening of this new Star Wars toy & collectible store. First off they have a good selection of vintage packaged Star Wars Toys (graded and not graded). They also have great selection of loose vintage Star Wars figures (graded & not graded). Second, they have most of the Star Wars collections from 1995 to present and for some good prices, especially for kids that actually want to open & play with these toys versus keeping it in package. Store is nice and I love the layout as well. Owners and staff are very nice and it's cool to talk Star Wars with them. Now as far as the vintage packaged and loose Star Wars Figures, they are overpriced. Many of the items are double or triple the price compared to EBay. Now the Star Wars Toys from 1995-present are reasonable priced and almost the same as retail so that's good. Of course the newest and hottest items such as the Disney Parks Star Wars and the Star Wars Black Series lines are more pricey versus retail. This store caters to serous Star Wars collectors and for people of all ages. Kids will love this place. read more
