We've sold some and bought a lot. They have have games, records, CD's, Videoe's and other items as well. We stopped in for the puzzles today and we were not disappointed. They had a LOT, a full shelf system full of puzzles, some still shrink wrapped, others opened but still in the plastic packaging that holds the puzzle pieces, and yet others that others have sold. Prices were awesome even for the unopened puzzles. Always very happy here, staff is always kind and helpful.

I regularly take a bag of books to the Buy Counter and turn them into cash. (They offer way more than places like Decluttr and Eagle Saver, which I used to have to use because I lived somewhere without used bookstores.) My husband is not a reader, but even he finds DVDs and games here that he loves. Win for everybody!

They had a decent mix of new releases, pre-owned titles, and a few nostalgic gems tucked into the shelves. The store was a bit tight and packed, but it had that familiar GameStop energy--posters everywhere, consoles behind glass, and shelves full of gear. Staff were friendly, chatting with other customers about games, which gave it a chill, community feel. We didn't buy anything this time, but it was still a fun little stop. Solid four stars.

They took advantage of a young girl right in front of me. They sold her a tv and wanted her to buy their "protection plan. She declined and asked about the remote. Guy went to the back of the store and brought out a remote. After her purchase she left and the guy turns and says, " I guess she should have bought the protection because she's not getting anything from that tv." (As he laughs at his on joke.) After I heard that, after them already being rude I left without purchasing anything. Now jump ahead 2 days. I'm at the hospital and run into this young lady. She actually works there. We start talking and come to find out the tv did not work and when she took it up there to return, they denied her return and blamed her for the tv not working. That's some super shady shit but since she can't do anything about it and she's out 200.00, I thought more people should know how these people do business. Deplorable behavior.
