The reason for the loss of stars is that the manager is a little too aggressive with sales. He is always asking me to preorder something or to preorder something I don't need. Also there is a little bit of an odd smell. Overall its a good store and the manager actually is pretty knowledgeable about the games just wish he would take it easy with the sales pitch.

She helped me enroll in the reward program, which thankfully had none of the red tape or extensive mining of personal info most places try and squeeze out of you. Prices here are straight up average, which is a good thing. You're not getting clearance bin junk, and you're also not getting shrinkflation. The prices for books and magazines are also already attached to the books and magazines themselves, printed on the front or back cover, so you'd be able to tell if they were marking up like so many other places love to do. As depressing as this mall is now, this bookstore and the downstairs arcade are the two stand-out gems.

He basically has miniature models of scenes that you can paint to create your own world for a game (the name escapes me), but it seemed to be a very customizable hobby. He had a few regulars and coworkers in there with him and they were all nice and introduced themselves as well. All in all, seemed like a very chill place and could be where you pick up your next hobby!
