I pulled up ebay and showed them that the exact one I have is selling for nearly $600 on ebay. They said they saw used ones for like $300 which was a lie! There are only new ones like mine online! Then the little assistant tried to pull up a different brand from Harbor Freight of all places and say theirs is less than $300. Harbor Freight does not even sell quality brands and you can't compare different brands! I told her to show me what they saw on ebay and she had a problem pulling anything up! This store was clean and nicely organized as has every other Cash America I've ever visited. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Cash America is a big enough chain that I feel comfortable buying items knowing they back them with adequate guarantees and return policies. Just make sure you try what you buy right away. And never ever accept the posted price as the final one. Many items are priced the same as a new retail store. You have to offer lower and in my experience they will strike a bargain.

I tried to get a refund literally seconds after buying it, and they refused to refund it right away. On top of that, the pre-owned game was $50 and came with scratches and visible fingerprints, which is unacceptable for that price. The controllers were also priced the same as brand-new controllers, which makes no sense. Overall, poor customer service, overpriced items, and no flexibility even when the issue was caught immediately. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Would have to say it was in my top 10 places for comics. Most stores are very small, limited selection. This was not the case here. Value: cover price items for the books for the most part. The condition of the comics was 50/50. A few books I wanted had some heavy edging to them. The spines were not in the best shape but that was just the ones I picked up and looked at. I made an exception for the ones I bought because I try to never go into a store and not buy at least one thing. Always trying to keep the indie comic places around with one book at a time.
