Both cameras worked when I handed them to him to repair, and wasn't working 20-minutes later when he gave them back. He said it would cost $15 each to replace the cameras on the phones to make them operational again. I declined --and that was 3 months ago. Last week the front of the phone fell off because I guess the glue got old in 3-months, and I saw the reason the camera didn't work. There was a bunch of dust on the camera lens. I cleaned the camera lens, then took the phone to be re-glued at a different repair place. My camera now works on that phone. CommCentral was trying to scam me out of $15 on each phone, when all they would've done is wiped away dust --and how did it get dusty? I don't like dealing with shady people, so I'd never let them touch any of my phones again.

This is a convenient location and they often have things in stock. If you have the wherewithal to be able to say NO and keep asking questions to make sure they aren't sneaking something on your bill, then this may be a good option for you. If you are a trusting person, naive, young, or low income, then STAY AWAY. I would hate to see you get taken advantage of by these guys. They are pros, don't let your guard down. I wouldn't say these guys are scam artists or con men because those words have legal weight to them and I never felt physically threatened. I'll say they are persuasive and forgetful. Called the day of appointment and was told they had the part and come in in. Took off work early got to the store and they couldn't find the appointment. They had me call corporate and listened to the lady yell at me for forty five minutes that they store I was standing in did not exist. Finally they decided it was probably because they didn't have the part?! So came home and made an appointment for home repair. Scheduled it late in the afternoon but still had to take off work early. The time for the appointment came and went with no call, text or anything. An hour AFTER the appointment was scheduled to end - which was three hours after it was scheduled to start- the tech texted and told me he couldn't come and to reschedule. No thanks! This is a review of ALL of Asurion not just this store as I dealt with corporate and two different stores. They are terrible at customer service and reliability.
